大はしゃぎは出来なかったけど楽しかった
Pros:

ベットが全部ツインで寝やすい！大きい鏡とか映えるものが多い！

Cons:

壁が薄く上の歩く音走る音が一日中丸聞こえだし、扉の下に隙間があるから声が大きくなくても丸聞こえなのと玄関の外は結構怖い
あとは電気がもっと細かく区切って消したりできたらいいなと思いました。

Amazing apartment for a family or group of friends. Lots of space but still great design choices.

This apartment was great for our family - had all the inclusions we needed.

Cons:

Would have been good to have more direct contact with the staff - it is very automated with the check in on an iPad.

Cons:

7階と8階それぞれにチェックイン機器があるが、8階の機械でしかチェックインできなかった。部屋は7階だったためだいぶ手間でした。また、前日に部屋番号が送られてくると記載があったが、送られて来ず。

Lots of space, easy to find, very close to shops and restaurants

Beds are only separated by a curtain so not much privacy. A bit tricky to figure out how to get in at first but then easy.

Pros:

Love the ambience of the home. The location was good. Right after arriving nakano station, walking along nakano broadway which was easy ascess to find food around. They have almost all the facilities provided too.

Cons:

Had abit of difficulty with the check in process and the entrace was quite small to fit all 5 of us with luggages. Otherwise its not a big deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay

The place is great! We were six persons (my parents who are elderly), my sister, myself and my two kids (3 y.o. and baby 1 y.o.). We were able to cook few meals, loved the shower with quality amenities, we were able to wash and dry our clothes, very comfortable beds and good smart TV, that we turned on very little but nice to have for Netflix etc..
Really liked the check-in and check-out procedure. And it was nice to use Nakano Station through Nakano Broadway everytime to get around Tokyo.
Thank you very much for the team behind it. You made our stay in Tokyo happier!

Huge disappointment.
Cons:

The place is far from Japan's standards. The good things: The neighborhood was cool and fun. Beds are comfortable.
And now for the bad: The room itself was not clean in Japan's standards. The bathroom and walls are run down with stains and rust and could use a renovation. The apartment is extremely noisy even though its on the seventh floor and you can hear every car that passes by. It located on a main street with many buses and ambulances/police passing by including at night.
Most of all, the description in booking does not match the real world. It says "offers a 4 star hotel experience" when in fact its a self check-in/out apartment with no hotel services at all!!! It wasn't even possible to have our luggage stored on our departure date till the time of our flight. It says on the description "soundproofing" - which is a lie. And the owner did not make an effort to hep us in any way.
