Pros:

Nothing. Stayed one night and checked out!!!

Cons:

The fact that our room was not what was represented to us as you well know as we spent hours of our holiday on the phone to you and you refuse to give us a refund after you agreed and we booked another hotel!!!! Meanwhile our pockets are empty and yours are full!!!

Pros:

-24 security
- the bed is comfortable

Cons:

- All the comments about the location here is 100%. It’s the most noisy place I have been to. There are a lot of houses built by the highway, but they have normal walls to prevent the noise. This building is designed poorly. The balconies have thin glass walls so you feel like you’re camping & street on the street.
- Their kitchen utensils are rusty. you pay a lot of money then you get a motel / 2 star quality kitchen. I was just hoping I don’t get sick using their kitchen knifes & spoons.
- If you book here, your host is more like Vacasa which is a big corporate company. Any request takes like a day for them to get back to you and most of the time, they’re helpless.
