Pros:

I was a bit doubtful at first because there were some negative reviews. However, in our experience everything was perfectly fine.

The place is clean, and we received immediate and very helpful support from the team.
The check-in process is fully automated and works smoothly.
The location is TOP in Berlin. the tram is just a few steps away, and there’s a REWE supermarket right in front of the building, which is very convenient. I’d also recommend trying the Brazilian rodizio restaurant on the opposite side.
All in all, everything was all good!

Pros:

Ogni volta che ho chiesto assistenza mi è stata prontamente data. doccia spaziosa , letto comodo, ho un poco sofferto perchè i piumoni erano quelli tedeschi che non si riescono ad infilare sotto il materasso, per evitare che escano fuori i piedi. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza della televisione con i canali a pagamento disponibili: Netflix, ecc.... ok anche la presenza di un piccolo frigo, che mi è stato molto utile

Das es an der Schönerhauserallee liegt.

Cons:

Vorsicht! Das sind Betrüger. Wir haben 53m2 mit zwei Zimmer gebucht und haben ein Zimmer mit max. 25m2. Dann kamen nur Ausreden von den Lügnern! Watch out! They're scammers. We booked a 53m² flat with two rooms, but we've been given a room that's no more than 25m². Then all we got were excuses from those liars!

Pros:

Fin beliggenhed tæt på offentligt transport. Tæt på Max Schmelling hallen, hvor Füsche Berlin spiller. Mange gode spisesteder tæt på. Lejligheden er lidt gammel, men dog i fin stand.

Cons:

At man skal betale mange penge for at parkere bilen. Der bør skrives at parkering er mod betaling. Det var vi ikke klar over. Vi savnede også en brødrister

Good experience overall, not great communication with the Arbio team.
Pros:

It was very modern and nicely put together.

Cons:

The shower had a draining issue and out of the 3 times I showered, 2 of those times the water leaked out to the floor because the drain was somehow sealed. It took the team more than 2 days to fix it and the communication wasn’t very fluent.

Отель хороший, чистый, очень удобно расположен. Есть небольшие недостаки.
Pros:

Номера чистые. Очень удобная постель и отличное белье для постели, полотенца и средства гигиены. Новая бытовая техника: холодильник и электрический чайник. В номере есть растворимый кофе, чай, сахар, сливки. В лобио есть микроволновая печь и стол, это место, где удобно завтракать, обедать или ужинать 1-4 людям.

Cons:

У нас был поздний заезд (после 23-00) и ранний выезд (до 5-00). При заезде в отель после 23-00 у нас возникли сложности из-за того, что не сработал кодовый замок при входе в один из двух заказанных нами номеров. Инструкция на такой случай отсутствовала. На решение этой проблемы потребовалась помощь больше часа.
При выезде до до 5-00 тоже были сложности. Инструкции по выезду из отеля тоже были не очень четкими. Больше 30 минут мы ждали информацию, как открыть боксы, где мы должны были оставить ключи.
Я уверена, что администрация отеля учтет наши проблемы и разработает более продуманные процедуры позднего заезда и раннего выезда.

It could be great if they only wanted
Pros:

We loved the location. It was in front of a supermarket, near a tram stop, near Mauerpark, shops and restaurants.
The bed is comfortable, the shower works well.
There is a boiler and a fridge in the room.
The keyless system is comfortable if it works well, but someone else had a bad experience with it remaining locked out of the apartment.
Overhaul is not a bad choice, but it could be a lot better with just a few improvements.

Cons:

We didn't have any wardrobe in the room, this could be a limit for longer stays like ours.
We contacted them but they didn't manage to have a solution, even though they were kind.
A little table could be useful in the rooms.
Photos can trick you. The owner should put the real photos of each room in order for the customer not to have different expectations.
There is NO cleaning included with the room. In a 2 week stay we didn't have our room cleaned, on their website they offer a cleaning service for 35 euros.
Also no cleaning tools are provided for the stay, apart from a hoover that hasn't got a dirt bag inside, so basically useless.
The room was clean but under the fridge and under the bed was plenty of dirt. You should look at it sometimes.
The electronic key system can be tricky sometimes and looked from the inside of the door it appears loosen and attached with some tape. A guy from another room was given a key instead because got trapped out of his room.
With no table in the room you can use the table in the common area, but if you need the microwave you have to reach the other common area passing from the outside (the rooms are divided in two different entrances from the same street).
The lockers are limited (if I remember well they are five in total) most of them have no key usable and there was no locker available for everyone at the end of our stay, so we just left the luggage in the common area.
Check out time is quite early (10am), but again an extra service is offered to add an extra hour or two.
It's too bad, with just a few euros invested this could be really a good place to stay, but it looks that they are not interested in doing so.
