Great accommodations for Ball Arena events
Pros:

Great location and accommodations. We went to a hockey game and walked from the hotel to the event and back. We watched the national college football game in the adjoining restaurant and bar run by the college. What a great opportunity to support the program. We'll use this hotel again

Good location and nice hotel.
Pros:

We were headed to a Denver Nuggets game and this was an ideal location. The Ball arena was just across the street. Ideal for us.
This is also a good location for a Denver Broncos game as the stadium is perhaps a. 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Room was clean and the staff was nice.
The included breakfast had a good set of offerings.

Nice hotel, convenient to University of Colorado, Denver, but have to cross a major road to get to the area with shops,
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.
It would be a great location if looking for something close to University of Colorado, Denver.

Cons:

We were looking for something close to Union Station and the restaurants in that area. It is .4 miles away which sounds very doable. But you have to cross a major 4 lane road to get to where most of the restaurants are. Breakfast was very basic, choices were disappointing.
