The hotel location is so convinivet that all near by malls are available plus a hyper market is close to the hotel which make shopping easy

توفر الاغراض في المطبخ و المسبح
كانت إقامتي أقل من المتوقع. عند تسجيل الدخول أوضحت لموظف الاستقبال أننا أربعة أشخاص (أنا وزوجتي وطفلان)، ومع ذلك لم يتم توفير أسرّة إضافية لنا. وعندما طلبت سريرًا إضافيًا، فوجئت بطلب مبلغ 10 ريالات مقابل السرير، وهو أمر لم أصادفه في الفنادق التي أقمت فيها في دول مختلفة، وأراه غير مناسب مقارنة بمستوى الخدمة المقدمة.
كما أن باب الحمام كان معطلاً؛ إذ لا يمكن فتحه من الداخل بسبب عطل واضح، ويبدو أنه لم تتم صيانته، وهو أمر يؤثر على راحة النزلاء وسلامتهم.
آمل أن تتم معالجة هذه الملاحظات لتحسين تجربة الضيوف مستقبلًا.
Room was comfortable, with complete kitchen and washing machine, good to spend days in muscat specially near shopping mall on the area.

The room has water leaking from the AC.
Changing rooms in the pool area are messy,used tissues all over the sink. Used clothes of guest on the floor.. its already 9 in the morning and no ones maintaining the cleanliness of the area.
food was just ok. Nothing exceptional.

مكان جميل جدا الغرفة جميلة وفيها كل ماتريد وكانت كل يوم تنظف ويغسلون الصحون الموجودة في المطبخ.
حوض السباحة كان رائع فطور الصباح لذيذ جدا المضيفون رائعون منظف الغرف الاخ السمين عذرا لست اعرف اسمه كان ودود وطيب جدا
