très bon emplacement. idéal pour les visites. Parking en bas de l'hôtel

Accueil très moyen. Chambre préparée pour 2 personnes au lieu de 4. Obligée de négocier pour avoir des lits supplémentaires (alors que c'était prévu gratuitement), les lits étaient inconfortables au possible, salle de bains avec seulement 2 serviettes pour 4 personnes. on nous a demandé d'attendre plus d'une heure dans notre chambre pour avoir les lits supplémentaires et serviettes manquantes. un check in pas au point. N'essayez pas de joindre la réception, ils répondent quand ils ont envie.
Check out : apparemment cela ne les intéressait pas d'avoir notre retour. On nous a à peine dit aurevoir. Bref très déçu par le staff.
Ramadan oblige on nous a demandé de fumer sur notre balcon (là dessus aucun souci) mais pas de cendriers prévu

Die Anbindung ist gut, direkt an einer kleinen Mall. Man kann gut Parken. Die Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstück ist gut. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Nice hotel, made outstanding by staff who genuinely care and go the extra mile to help.
Pros:

Staff at check-in were exceptional. Helpful, empathetic and kind, going out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back

Cons:

Lots of building work going on outside our room- it’ll be great once it’s finished though!
