For the second time I book a room with balcony only to realize there are no balcony! When I contact reception they say its fully booked and there are no availanle rooms with balcony! I paid more for balcony and they didn't refund me the difference.
عند الدخول كانت الساعه 12 ليلا واعطاني موظف الاستقبال مفتاح الغرفه بالطابق السادس ومعي حقائب لم يساعدني بها احد وعندما صعدت وجدت المفتاح لا يعمل حاولت الاتصال بالاستقبال من تليفون الطابق وجدت التليفون لا يعمل اصطررت لانزال الحقائب الي الاستقبال لاخبرة ان المفتاح لا يعمل
