El cobro de una fianza obligada. En donde te dan la opción de pagar 300€ con la “expectativa “ de q te los reembolsarán o 18€ q no de devolverán pro mas de q no hagas ningún daño.
El olor a humedad fue terrible. Lastimosamente no tengo ningún registro. Solo estuve dos días después de un viaje largo y era para mí mas un tema de necesidad quedarme ahí. No lo recomiendo.
Además de ser costoso la estadía, te cobran si dejas así sea una hora más las maletas, cero considerados con los huéspedes. De verdad q no es una buena estadía

Olía a humedad, y el dormitorio primero a la derecha huele muy mal los sumideros, y el colchón tiene falta de cambiar hay algunas zonas que duelen los muelles

El anuncio hablaba de cuatro, pero la cuarta, en subterráneo, rezumaba humedad y ni siquiera tenía la cama hecha, hu bo pues que compartir una cama, algo no previsto.

El alojamiento está en reparación hay mucho polvo, mucha bulla y no debería de utilizarse

Atendimento ruim, chegamos e não tinha água em um dos banheiros, além do ar da sala não funcionar. Mandei mensagem e eles falaram que o time de conserto iria arrumar no dia seguinte. O dia passou e nada foi arrumado, mandei novamente mensagem e novamente eles falaram que iriam no dia seguinte. Mas de novo não foram. Resumindo nem foram e ficamos se água nesse banheiro e sem ar na sala o tempo todo. Problemas assim acontecem, mas não houve esforço da equipe para resolver. Nota teria sido 10 se tivessem feito.

there was a strong mold smell and significant humidity in the lower bedroom and bathroom. there was a dehumidifier that was given by the owner but it was not on when arriving. even after turning it on the humidity and mold smell were still quite strong. there is no living room for family to gather in. there is very little outside light coming into the apartment. the kitchen ac/heating unit did. it work. we contacted the owner who said they would come to fix it, but they never showed up. the kitchen was quite cold in the mornings. the kitchen and bathroom spaces were extremely cramped. difficult for a 180cm man to use
