The security was very strict so we felt safe. Security and housekeeping staff were very hospitable. The grounds and the pool were always clean. Walking distance to SM grocery shopping.
Room had cockroaches so we had to be very careful to leave everything clean before we went to bed or left. Cell reception was poor in our room but great in the lobby.
The unit is clean, spacious, next to SM city mall Sucat and well secured area. Maria, the host replies to email if not on the same day, mostly the next day, and all of our requests for visitor’s pass has been forwarded to admin/lobby guards. All security personnel are respectful and welcoming.
With our 4 weeks of stay, there’s more than a week of no internet connection due to maintenance work but it’s an isolated cases because we didn’t get this experience before the first time we stayed here.
The property owner canceled our booking last minute. without even calling us.
No communication. bad service
This is a large one bedroom condo with an exceptional layout. Everything is clean and in good working order. A very comfortable bed and nice bath made this stay a pleasure.
This is by far the best condo we have stayed in. Excellent location, spacious, well equipped. Would recommend this to everyone.

We never got to stay in the property. When we arrived at the property, nobody knows about the reservation. Numerous attempts to contact the property owner both in calls and text were not responded. We had to look for another hotel late at night. It was a nightmare. Please do not let this property owner avail of your website. We believed we have been scammed. We will be asking for a refund from our credit card company.
They're stealing ur money and u can't even go inside the residence
I booked a chamber for 1 night and when i arrived the security agent didn't let me inn because the number of the building isn't showing in the boking confirmation and that's not my fault

We book on Nov 30 -Dec 30 but no host response in my booking and No accomodation provided but they charged me, I want refund
It is close to airport and mall, clean, we can do our laundry and cook our food. Pool view. Legit when booked in legit apps.
Theres no parking space included. We had to pay for parking separately. Internet connection was not available multiple times. There was a construction ongoing next to the unit. It was loud.
The host/owner graciously allowed us to check in early as our arrival was at 7 am and granted our other request. Thank you, Maria. The location is good as it is near the airport and SM Sucat. The unit is almost complete with stuff especially the fridge and washing machine to stay for 9 nights. The bed is like in the hotel with comfy bedsheets and pillows. The living room is spacious and the unit design was good compared to other condotel. It is homey. A good place to stay for a vacation with family or friends.
The unit is almost perfect except for minor repairs needed for the rain shower, and the toilet sink as the flow of water is slow and the bulb in the living room was not replaced after it was turned off after a night of stay.
The deposit. The staff should be there during our check out to see the place and give back to me the deposit like other condotel do. I was grateful to be granted 1 one-hour extension and was told to leave by 12 noon rushing then the staff didn't turn out at 12 noon saying she would be delayed and had no time to meet us. Our flight was on the same day so I we couldn't wait in the lobby with pieces of luggage and in a warm place. The deposit was sent back to me online though after I told her we needed to leave early and we couldn't wait for her.
