Family friendly apartment with good location
Pros:

Location is perfect, walking distance to the Center and many public transport.
Apartment is close to the ocean, and in a flat street. (no elevations/stairs).
Apartment is well equipped, we travelled as a family with kids. and having washing machine, dish washer, iron, oven, .. was super helpful.
Elevators in the building, and apartment space.

Cons:

No flexibility in late check-outs or leaving bags inside. I had to book another day that I didn't use and there was no efforts to help. Check out at 11:00 is super early while check in is at 15:00. A special price for extending the night would have been appreciated.

I was ok with the noise coming from the street specially in the morning from the tram, but surprisingly over the weekend the noise came from within the building that disrupted us and our kids. so quiet rules were not applied or enforced.

last note, is fixing the toilet door, It was mentioned in one of the comments and understood now why it's important cause you can get locked in from inside if closed all the way.

Anreise, Check- in, Rückfrage per Telefon alles top, Gesamt- Flair der Wohnung schön.

Cons:

Das Ausziehsofa war leider eigentlich nicht benutzbar. Es hat so laut gequietscht und es war so unbequem, dass man quasi nicht darauf schlafen konnte. Selbst unsere 4 jährige Tochter mit deutlich weniger Ansprüchen konnte nicht darauf schlafen, so dass wir uns dann zu dritt ins kleine Doppelbett gequetscht haben.
Im Badezimmer fehlten Bodenfliesen und die Fliesen an der Wand haben ganz komisch geschwitzt (wir dachten erst es wäre Dampf- Feuchtigkeit vom Duschen, aber es blieb auch nach stundenlangem Lüften). Die Beleuchtung war in einem schwarzen Badezimmer leider zu dunkel. Man konnte sich dort nicht wirklich sehen.

Comodidad total ESTANCIA DE 10!
Pros:

Este apart-hotel digital es simplemente de 10!!! El proceso fue comodísimo tras completar un check-in muy sencillo, recibí los códigos de acceso sin ningún problema, lo que hace todo mucho más ágil y práctico.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Está en Rua do Arsenal, justo al lado del ayuntamiento, en una de las zonas más cuidadas y bonitas de Lisboa. Tienes alrededor un montón de cafeterías, restaurantes y locales con encanto, y además estás a solo unos pasos de la famosa plaza desde donde ya puedes ver el mar. Perfecto para moverte andando y disfrutar de la ciudad.

En cuanto al apartamento, increíble. Me encantó la distribución: es amplio, muy bien aprovechado y súper cómodo. Todo estaba impecable, con una limpieza de 10 y muy bien equipado. Se agradecen mucho los detalles como la plancha, la tabla de planchar, el café y hasta cápsulas de cortesía para la lavadora y el lavavajillas.

Es cierto que, como en muchos edificios, si coincides con vecinos ruidosos se puede escuchar algo, pero tienen el detalle de dejar tapones para los oídos, y en la habitación, al cerrar la puerta, se descansa perfectamente.

Sin duda, repetiría sin pensarlo!!!! Espero volver pronto y alojarme aquí de nuevo 🩵
