Comfortable. Exellent location.
Pros:

Location. Comfortable bed. Easily accessible.

Cons:

The heater for the water was not switched on in time. My shower after checking in, was with luke warm water. Although it heated up over night & the next morning, it was hot enough. If the heater could be turned on several hours prior, would be great. The rusting above the sink can be cleaned/replaced/removed.

Pros:

地下鉄の駅やバス停が近い。洗濯機と乾燥機が使える。無料の朝食(ブレッド,フルーツ)がある。毎日清掃に入ってくれる。共用のキッチンが使える。部屋に冷蔵庫がある。

Cons:

建物全体が排水溝？カビ？のにおいできつい。隣の部屋の音がかなり聞こえるのでうるさい(各々のマナーによる)。

C’était vraiment cool
Pros:

Propreté, tous les jours la femme de ménage nettoyait et rangeait tout, changeait les essuie

My stay
Pros:

It was good to be able to book two rooms together as we did, at a sensible price. It was not 5 star but doesn't claim to be. The rooms were very small but clean and provided what we needed. I was very pleased that the room was quiet, you could hear people coming in the front door but not between the rooms. I slept well.
The cleaner/breakfast lady was really sweet and recommended us a good beach to visit.

Cons:

The shared kitchen was useful for making hot drinks but there was only one mug. My friend enjoyed the breakfast but I prefer a more healthy choice; I ate some of the fruit. It needs some more mugs.

Pros:

El espacio estaba limpio, cercania a una estación de tren, tiene lavadora lo que fue buenísimo ya que pudimos tener ropa limpia, ofrecen un desayuno pequeño sin costo. La cama fue muy cómoda.

Cons:

El edificio al entrar tiene olor a viejo, la habitación y el baño también lo tenían sin embargo abrimos las ventanas y mejoró nuestra estancia. Apreciamos la iniciativa del desayuno, sin embargo sugerimos revisar los alimentos ya que estaban algo viejos.
