The apartments themselves are well-maintained and located in a solid, convenient neighborhood in Antalya. The units are generally clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stovetop, which is great for a long-term stay. The staff and management are friendly and professional.

Cons:

1. Poor Soundproofing & External Noise
The soundproofing is quite weak. Since my stay overlapped with Ramadan, I was woken up nearly every day around 4:00-4:20 AM by the loud bells/noises from outside
2. Unreliable Internet (Major Issue)
This was the biggest drawback for me. Despite the apartments not being fully occupied, the internet performance was very poor and inconsistent. During peak times—specifically lunch, evenings, and nights—the connection frequently drops. During these "stoppages," the upload speed plummeted to below 1 Mbps, accompanied by high ping and severe jitter.

Very good low budget apart hotel not far from the downtown and bus station, many supermarkets, with all needed for your short or long stay, up to three people, friendly receptionists and other personnel.

Occasional noise from some other apartments, half-broken sliding doors in the shower cabin.

Спасибо за хорошее размещение и уютное проживание!
Pros:

Мы останавливались здесь уже пятый раз. Все было хорошо, отзывчивый персонал, уютно. Теперь в номерах есть сейф, что очень удобно.

Cons:

Мебель уже довольно уставшая, на диване была прожженная дыра. Но как нам сказали, апартаменты постепенно реновируют, так что надеюсь, в следующий приезд станет намного лучше.

Pros:

Check in was easy. Oven and gas stove were great to have for cooking meals over our stay. The cookware was nice too! Owner seemed sweet in our limited interactions. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distance. It's in a quiet area.

Cons:

We did not realize that the water heater tank needed to be heated up for an hour or so before initially having access to hot water, which was a bit frustrating when we went to go use the shower. Don't forget to turn up the dial when you check into your room! The sheets were a bit small for the bed, so they kept slipping off in the night.

Pros:

все понравилось, апартаменты как апартаменты, жили, готовили, сами убиральсь, на ресепшене хорошие люди, всегда помогут, подскажут. ничего плохого сказать не могу. в следующий раз так же выберу эти апартаменты. плюс там район хороший, тихий, рядом есть пару вкусных мест с локальной кухней. пляж далековато, но нам было в пользу гулят, так что и это не было проблемой.

Хорошие апартаменты, но с уставшим наполнением
Pros:

Отличное расположение в 20 минутах ходьбы от моря, вокруг много магазинов и булочных. По вторникам рядом работает рынок, где можно купить прекрасные фермерские продукты по выгодным ценам. В CarrefourSA чуть дальше по большой улице продают свежую рыбу. Сами апартаменты просторные, быстрый интернет, нет проблем с горячей водой, есть даже духовка, персонал в целом отзывчивый. Место не шумное, если другие гости не шумят, то там тихо. Таксопарк с которого приезжают такси по Яндексу находится буквально за углом, по городу ценник в пределах 300 рублей. Неподалеку есть остановка трамвая, который едет в центр города. На шоссе останавливаются автобусы идущие в Сиде, или на пляжи района Лара.

Cons:

Приезжали уже во второй раз. Были в июле 2024-го. Тогда нас встретили совершенно свежие апартаменты, где все было замечательно, но кое-что за это время изменилось. В этот раз нас ждало постельное в сильных катышках, очень уставшая лейка душа, сломанный фен (в альтернативу которому персонал предоставил еще один сломанный). В плите не было газа (но баллон заменили за пять минут после просьбы). Одна из ламп в комнате не горела. Кроме того будьте готовы, что если окна ваших апартаментов выходят во двор, вам будет задувать сигаретный дым с пожарной лестницы, на которой устроены места для курения, кроме того дверь на эту лестницу будет заставлять все здание содрогаться. Очень быстро хороший апарт-отель стал уставшим, хотелось бы пожелать, чтобы за состоянием всего следили лучше. А для гостей — запасайтесь туалетной бумагой, ее тут не предоставляют)

С удовольствием вернусь сюда ещё)
Pros:

Отель в тихом жили районе, рядом зелёный сквер с детскими площадками и фонтанами. В соседних зданиях сетевые магазины Bim и Шок, чуть дальше - А101. В 10 минутах ходьбы большой базар по четвергам. Так что проблем с продуктами и хозяйственной мелочевкой нет.
До моря - пол часа пешком.
В номере вся необходимая техника, разве что микроволновки нет. Остальное, вплоть до посудомойки, стиральной машинки, пылесоса и утюга есть.
Есть вся необходимая посуда для одного или небольшой семьи.

Cons:

Постельное белье и полотенца - прилично "уставшие"
Можно было бы чуть лучше вымыть полы перед заездом - впечатление, что мыли не слишком чистой водой. С другой стороны, наличие пылесоса меня впечатлило, по моему это большой плюс для самостоятельных путешественников при длительном проживании.
