Good value for money
Pros:

Review is based on winter stay. Good Location,5 mins walk to Calis beach, 2 mins walk to Macro centre supermarket, clean, fully equipped kitchen, friendly helpful staff, good wi-fi, comfy bed. Good facilities including dishwasher, washing machine, iron, balcony facing the pool. We changed the money at reception at better rate than outside.

Cons:

Reception wasnt 24 hours (may be during winer season), shower was not great, no English channels on TV, 2nd room was small.

Nice stay in Fethiye
Pros:

The place was large and overall well equipped. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had pretty much everything you could need for cooking. The place was clean, no strange odors in the bathroom. It was nice to have a large couch to relax on in the evenings. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked like a nice area. About a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk area, with close bus stop, grocery and restaurants. Staff was friendly and addressed any issues promptly.

Cons:

The couch was pretty stained and the apartment as a whole could use a little maintenance. It's a pretty stark space, not any color or decoration, but that's fine for a rental. There was a small amount of salt in the cupboard, so a little more salt, some pepper and cooking oil would be greatly appreciated to take advantage of the kitchen. It was great having a washer. The patio is small, but we enjoyed having the outdoor space. Overall a very functional space and good value for the price.

Pros:

Небольшой уютный отель. Расположен в тихом месте. В шаговой доступности до пляжа и магазинов. Рядом остановка маршруток чтобы доехать до центра. Много рядом небольших ресторанов.

Cons:

О плохом не думали, мы ведь на отдыхе.

Pros:

Location is great near to beach and town. Nice pool. Apartment had all I needed and staff attentive and friendly.

Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es gibt mehrere Discounter und Geschäfte, die fußläufig gut zu erreichen sind.
Ebenso der Strand und die lange Strandpromenade.
Uns hat es gefallen, so hat man täglich auch zweimal einen Spaziergang gemacht.
Die Hotelzimmer, wir mussten 2x umziehen, von oben nach unten, sind alle gut ausgestattet und man kann sich eigentlich wohlfühlen. Wir haben das bekommen, was wir gebucht haben.
Das Personal war stets zur Stelle, wenn es nötig war.
Preis-Leistung war gut.

Cons:

Da fällt mir nix ein.
Wenn ich drei Sterne buche, kann ich nicht 5 Sterne erwarten.

Pros:

Unser Appartment war schön groß, sauber, und ruhig. Die Anlage mit dem Pool sieht sehr schön aus. Wir waren mit dem Auto da, deswegen hat uns die etwas Lage Abseits des Geschehens nicht gestört. Zum Strand ist es aber auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder dort hinfahren.

Cons:

Der Pool war im Oktober zu kalt und wir hätten gerne einmal frische Handtücher bekommen. Hätten sie aber bestimmt bekommen, wenn wir danch gefragt hätten.

The walls are too thin, you can hear the neighbours talking and even snoring. The cleaners are always letting ther doors slam from very early in the morning

Pros:

The welcoming was very friendly. If you come by car there's a lot of sparking space available in front of the stay as in the street.
The hotel is really quiet and spacious. The beds were really comfortable with cosy blankets.
We really enjoyed the presence of the cats outside.

Cons:

The door leading to the terrace wasn't closing fully so it would get chilly at night. The neighborhood is rather quiet.

Cons:

- Ужасная ванная комната, душ, который не держится (сломан), непромытая старая душевая кабина
- скрипящие двери
- убрано перед заселением было плохо: мусор на балконе, грязь на холодильнике, пыль на изголовье кровати
- кондиционеры явно давно не чистились, при включении шел неприятный запах, пользоваться невозможно
- в номере очень темно, по одной лампе на комнату, почитать книгу невозможно
- постельное белье за 8 дней пребывания ни разу не поменяли
- ни одна просьба персоналом была не выполнена: просили исправить вытяжку на кухне, смазать двери, чтоб не скрипели, включить подсветку вечером в бассейне, полотенца чистые дали только после очередного напоминания
- трансфер обратно персонал не заказал, не смотря на обещание накануне, что машина подьедет во время

Само место расположения апартаментов неудачное, на отшибе, пляж грязный

really enjoyed Yassam Park.
Pros:

the apartment had all that we needed and more. there was even a dishwasher. the staff were excellent and helped when one of the children was ill, providing duvets and fresh towels.

Cons:

the large pool was cold. not much that anyone could do to change that really!

Замечательные апартаменты, все новое, очень чисто! Хороший бассейн! От моря идти примерно 8 минут, от автобусной остановки тоже близко! Рядом Мигрос, Macro! В центр Фетхие можно доехать на автобусе, остановка рядом! Есть стиральная машина и посудомойка, микроволновка, много посуды! Две спальни, и гостиная с большим диваном, балкон с сушкой
