Местоположение - отличное. До моря - 5 минут. Магазин - в 100м. Очень чисто! Бассейн ухожен. Посуда - полный комплект. Есть все для поддержания чистоты.

Heerlijke plek om in Fethiye te verblijven
Pros:

Mooi modern appartement, airco in alle vertrekken, goed balkon en mooi uitzicht op het zwembad. Vlakbij het strand. Mooi kleinschalig complex in rustige mooie buurt.

Cons:

De dekens zijn wat dun als je de airco aan hebt. Maar heb extra dekens gevraagd en dat was geen probleem.

Precioso ático en Fethiye
Pros:

El apartamento, todo nuevo, es muy bonito y cómodo. My bien decorado.
La ubicación es perfecta, tienes parking en la puerta, supermercado a 2 minutos y el paseo junto al mar, lleno de tiendas y restaurantes a 5 minutos.
El personal muy atento.
Sin duda alguna volvería.
Nos ha gustado muchísimo.

Que no hay ascensor.

Beautiful Quiet Apartments close to Calis Beachfront.
Pros:

Lovely quiet location, 10 minutes walk from Calis beachfront. Spacious apartment, huge lounge and decent sized bedrooms, plenty of storage, over door hanging space was very useful. Washing machine and large clothes airer, good size balcony, lovely clean pool, not many sunbeds but we only used pool end of day to cool off. Air conditioning in lounge and both bedrooms, very effective. Large fridge freezer, microwave and oven. Supermarket less than 5 minute walk away. Staff very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Overall we loved this apartment and will book again. Thank you Yasam Park for a lovely stay.

Cons:

Bathroom a little small with snug corner shower cubicle. No toaster. No designated luggage storage room for early check in or late departures. Yasam kindly allowed us to store in Manager's office. Small changing room poolside could benefit from a shower for guests with late flight or departure, as check out is 1030am. Only little things, overall we were very impressed and will stay here again.

Great place, even better staff
Pros:

The place was very nice, great rooms, very nice pool and good location, only a few minutes walk to calis beach. There is also a supermarket nearby where you can pick up any essentials. Mostly though the staff were exceptional. I had an issue with my passport and could not fly back and they helped me out with finding me another room to stay in while I was waiting for emergency documents. Special thanks to Yiğit who went above and beyond for me every time I had interactions with him.

Pros:

Очень хорошие и комфортные апартаменты для отдыха. Пляж находится совсем рядом, также поблизости есть хороший супермаркет, что очень удобно. Менеджеры и хозяева апартаментов были очень гостеприимны и внимательны - по приезду нам предоставили воду и всегда были готовы помочь по любым вопросам.

В апартаментах было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: стиральная машина, газовая плита, вся необходимая посуда и бытовые принадлежности. Особенно понравилось, что в каждой комнате установлен хороший кондиционер, благодаря чему даже в жаркую погоду было очень комфортно.

Также большим плюсом стал чистый и прохладный бассейн, где было приятно отдыхать после моря и прогулок. В целом остались очень хорошие впечатления от проживания, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

The property was lovely, not quite in season when we arrived. Lots of work going on around. I would say to add light bend building block A as it was very dark when we walked through to access our building

One of the best apartments we've ever stayed in!
Pros:

The apartments are really lovely. Ours was spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped - they had even left some dishwasher tablets for us to use. The swimming pool was a good size to swim in.

Cons:

Our only minor criticism is that the shower could have been a bit more powerful.

Pros:

Yeigid was very welcoming when we arrived. He waited for us to arrive from the airport even though we were late and im sure it was past his working hours. He showed us to our apartment and explained to us how everything worked. Any queries or questions we had during our stay Yeigid was there to answer and help. I would highly recommend these apartments for your stay. Very well furnished and comfortable, also has a washing machine and dishwasher.It was about a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the beach and promenade

Cons:

Stray cats, these cats were everywhere not only at the apartments but also along the beach etc, . We personally are not cat lovers.
