最高とまではいかないけど、そこそこかな
Pros:

立地が最高で、駐車場もすぐ隣にとめられるところがありました。
狭いですがエレベーターがあり、部屋まで階段でも苦になりません。
タオル、ブラシ、歯ブラシ、シャンプーリンスやボディーソープなど、必要なものは揃っていました。シーツや枕も清潔です。それぞれのベッドサイドにコンセントがあり、使いやすかったです。チェックインが遅くなりそうなときも、連絡すると対応してもらえます。

Cons:

チェックインの手続きをする部屋にはインターホンらしきものが2つついていて、どちらで呼べばいいのが不明瞭でした。普通のお家にあるインターホンではなく、これはインターホン？と感じるものを押すと中から人が出てきて対応してもらえました。ベットは1つの部屋にあり、仕切りがありません。ベッド周囲は床が一段高くなっているのですが、その1段が腰掛けられる程の高さがあるため、あがるのにやや苦労します。またシャワー室前に脱衣所はないのが不便でした。ドライヤーも使えますが壊れかけでした。Wi-Fiの案内はありましたが繋がらず、別の部屋番号を試すと利用出来ました。22時以後はスタッフさん不在のようで問い合わせはしていません。
アプリで最初に示された価格での宿泊なら、怒りがわきますが、セールなのか、かなり安くなったので、まだ納得できるかな。

1泊、19,000円は少し高い！
Pros:

綺麗、清潔！
シャンプーは様々な種類を選べて良かった！
ライトも向きを変えれることのできるタイプで間接照明で良かった！

Cons:

道路沿いとのこともあり、車両の音が気になりました。
エアコンの効き具合は良かったですが、扇風機かサーキュレーターがあれば満遍なく届いて、良かったものと感じました。

福岡に出張の時は必ず利用するオススメの宿泊先です。
Pros:

少し早めに到着したけど、気持ちよくチェックインさせていただきました。

Cons:

良くなかった事は無いけれど、やっぱり疲れた後はシャワーじゃなくて湯船に浸かりたいと思う。

部屋は清潔でとても快適！
Pros:

室内はとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。フロントでのチェックイン対応もとてもスムーズでした。家族(妻と娘)は「シャワー室がとても使いやすくて大変よかった！」ととても喜んでいました。

Cons:

どちらかと言うとマンションを利用した民泊と言う感じだったので、名称から受けるイメージと少し違っていた。

Pros:

元々寝るためだけの目的だったので、いいベットでよく寝れました

Cons:

あえてさがすなら、ドライヤーの威力が弱かったことかと思います。
目詰まりしてるようでしたので、お手入れしたらなおるのかなって思いました
