Pros:

離地鐵赤坂站走路約5分鐘，福岡城走路3分鐘，天神走路12分鐘可以邊走邊逛，地理位置很好。房間很大
訂4人房結果給我們3張雙人床，很大！4個行李箱都可以完全展開。
雖然是在普通大樓裡，外觀不像飯店，check in的地方也在其中一間小房間一開始會覺得怪怪的，但老闆很客氣，我跟朋友分開時間抵達，原本只有一副鑰匙，跟老闆多要一副讓我們更方便進出。
物美價廉，浴室很乾淨，房間內還有微波爐，不要求高級設施，華美外觀的話可以參考。

Cons:

電梯有點小，一次只能進2咖30吋行李箱，除此之外其他都不錯。

Très agréable pour une nuit
Pros:

L'accueil était très agréable. La chambre très bien équipée le seul bémol est le manque de luminosité naturel dans la pièce mais rien d'autres à redire.

最高とまではいかないけど、そこそこかな
Pros:

立地が最高で、駐車場もすぐ隣にとめられるところがありました。
狭いですがエレベーターがあり、部屋まで階段でも苦になりません。
タオル、ブラシ、歯ブラシ、シャンプーリンスやボディーソープなど、必要なものは揃っていました。シーツや枕も清潔です。それぞれのベッドサイドにコンセントがあり、使いやすかったです。チェックインが遅くなりそうなときも、連絡すると対応してもらえます。

Cons:

チェックインの手続きをする部屋にはインターホンらしきものが2つついていて、どちらで呼べばいいのが不明瞭でした。普通のお家にあるインターホンではなく、これはインターホン？と感じるものを押すと中から人が出てきて対応してもらえました。ベットは1つの部屋にあり、仕切りがありません。ベッド周囲は床が一段高くなっているのですが、その1段が腰掛けられる程の高さがあるため、あがるのにやや苦労します。またシャワー室前に脱衣所はないのが不便でした。ドライヤーも使えますが壊れかけでした。Wi-Fiの案内はありましたが繋がらず、別の部屋番号を試すと利用出来ました。22時以後はスタッフさん不在のようで問い合わせはしていません。
アプリで最初に示された価格での宿泊なら、怒りがわきますが、セールなのか、かなり安くなったので、まだ納得できるかな。

Pros:

綺麗、清潔！
シャンプーは様々な種類を選べて良かった！
ライトも向きを変えれることのできるタイプで間接照明で良かった！

Cons:

道路沿いとのこともあり、車両の音が気になりました。
エアコンの効き具合は良かったですが、扇風機かサーキュレーターがあれば満遍なく届いて、良かったものと感じました。
