An ice maker would have been nice.

Beds are at least 3 ft tall - not accessible to anyone with mobility issues / older people / short people.
While the apartment was for sure clean, housecleaning missed a lot of details: dirty socks in the couch cushions, smudges on the fridge and dishwasher, dirty bed skirt, crumbs on a bedside table.
Bedside tables are too large for the room so they are turned towards the bed, making it pretty much impossible to use them 😂
Garbage disposal was broken.
There is no cable TV. Supposedly, there is ROKU and guests can use their own account to watch whatever platforms they have. Unfortunately, their ROKU was not connected, and even though they tried and even sent someone over, nobody was able to fix it.

The carpets were dirty and not properly vacuumed. Broken toilet hard to flush. Broken garbage disposal with no strainers to toss food so sink backed up. Broken fridge that leaked discolored water into drawers and then froze, broken knob on stove, spider in bathroom, dirty furniture. The staff gaslighting me about gross carpeting and fridge. The manager was just as bad as the gal I had to argue with for far too long about the state of the carpets. It was too much drama for what was supposed to be a birthday, Easter, family trip. So disgusted by the lack of accountability and decency to apologize for the state of the apartment and provide a refund for having to live in other people's filth that I paid a cleaning fee to not have to. Moving to a new unit or refunding money so I can go to a different place only adds more stress and time wasted on a very tight weekend trip. We were renting a full apartment with a kitchen and amenities that would have had to move groceries, luggage, children, etc. Pictured is all the dirt I pulled out of my daughter's personal vacuum. It died while I was vacuuming so that's not even all the crap I cleaned out of carpeting. I was told several times through manipulation tactics that floors, tile & carpet, were just professionally cleaned so I had to be wrong about how gross they were. I missed a pic of the carpets because at some point i wanted to enjoy my birthday Easter weekend. So pictured is tile in bathroom that highlights blackened grout. Yuck! When I asked for cleaning refund I was given a Reba song that their maids are single moms that work 2 jobs. And though I can sympathize with this it is not my responsibility to back up poor cleaning and maintenance that is the property managers job. Money should be refunded from property not maids. Grrrrrr

Nothing, we love staying at the Raspberry Gardens.

There were several things that needed repairing (a bathroom door was difficult to latch, garbage disposal wasn't working, etc.)
The description of the bedrooms said there was a queen and a twin in each room. But the twin mattresses were pull-out beds and it was impossible for them to fit inside the room. We had to pull them out, shift furniture around and set them up in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and it worked, he just would have been helpful to know that in advance.
