Pros:

Es waren zur freien Verfügung Tee und Kaffee vorhanden die sollte vielleicht auch eine Webseite präsentiert werden sowie auch der Toaster.

Cons:

Gebucht für 5 Personen. Nur vier Stühle da. Zwei suppenteller und ein fleischteller. Sicherheitsgefühl konnte leider keines aufkommen da die Wohnung von innen nicht verschließbar gewesen ist und da das Schloss ausgeschaut hat als wäre schon jemand mal eingebrochen.

Helles Appartment für 2 Erwachsene mit maximal 3 Kindern, basic aber schön

Grundsätzlich schön eingerichtet, hell und freundlich.

Cons:

In die Tür wurde offensichtlich versucht einzubrechen (vor unserem Aufenthalt). Das Schloss war fast herausgebrochen. Zudem hatten nur wenige Fenster Jalousien, und die Lampen neben dem Bett konnte man nicht in eine Steckdose stecken, bzw. eine funktionierte nicht…

Pros:

Appartamento molto molto bello, accogliente, ben riscaldato, molto spazioso con tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno, vicino al tram ed alimentari, parcheggio posto auto nel cortile gratuito.
Host gentile e cortese rispondeva ai messaggi in tempo reale.

Cons:

Premesso che abbiamo soggiornato tra il 31/12 ed il 03/01 periodo difficile per i servizi, abbiamo trovato la maggior parte delle stoviglie, posate, pentole e bicchieri, lasciati da chi aveva soggiornato prima di noi piuttosto sporchi, contattato la struttura con messaggi, ha immediatamente risposto scusandosi per il disagio, mancava il tappo del lavello cucina ed era complicato lavare i piatti. Nulla di grave.

Das Internet hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Der angebliche WLAN-Code war falsch und völlig nutzlos, sodass eine Verbindung unmöglich war.
Zusätzlich war das Zimmer sehr schmutzig und in einem miserablen hygienischen Zustand. Sauberkeit und Komfort entsprachen in keiner Weise den Erwartungen oder dem Preis.
Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Ausgezeichnete Lage, gemütlich, ruhig

Cons:

Die Wohnung ist schlecht gepflegt (schmutzige Wände, unbequeme Matratze). Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätte ich mir frische Bettwäsche gewünscht.

Auf den Bildern sieht die Wohnung toll aus, inzwischen ist sie stark abgewohnt und verschmutzt.
Pros:

Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn (ca. 10 Minuten ins Zentrum) ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch ein Rewe ist sehr nah. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Das Treppenhaus ist sehr schmutzig, in der Wohnung sind noch viele Spuren der vorherigen Gäste vorhanden: Krümel und Staub in den Ecken der Küchenarbeitsplatte, Wollmauskolonien unter den Betten und dem Sofa, ein fürchterlicher leicht beißender Geruch nach ungelüfteter Wohnung, ein ekliger Teppich vorm Sofa und ein verschmierter Schmutzfilm auf vielen Oberflächen sowie klebrige Türklinken. Ein Staubsauger ist nicht vorhanden. Auch an anderen Stellen sollte dringend investiert werden: vor der großen Balkontür hing wohl mal eine Gardine - es waren nur noch die Schrauben zu sehen, an denen mal eine Gardinenstange hing. Um nicht auf dem Präsentierteller Richtung Parkplatz zu sitzen (Wohnung im EG), müssen die Außenrollos heruntergelassen werden - das erklärt wohl auch, warum offenbar nicht gelüftet wird. Auch im Schlafzimmer fehlt vor einem der beiden Fenster das Rollo, die Schrauben stecken noch in der Wand. Eine Grundreinigung und Instandsetzung der Wohnung ist dringend nötig.

Pros:

The cleanliness and how it was spacious.

Cons:

I was told that there were parking, but that didn’t happen and obviously the problem with tv I mentioned with the property manager.
