Fantastic apartment
Pros:

Fantastic spacious apartment a short walk from the old town. Lovely pool and garden and in a quiet location. Everything we needed was there including tv, coffee machine and washing machine.

Cons:

maybe a little more cutlery/plates but there was plenty for us to manage with.

Pros:

Mercedes, our lovely host, kept in contact from the moment we booked to the moment we left.
Mercedes told us how to get to the beach, old town, which bus to catch, how much taxis cost, and much more.
Amazing customer service 👏
The views were outstanding.
There is a great pool.
The apartment is a large two bedroom with good WiFi.
There is a smart TV that you can steam Netflixs etc on.
Our balcony was big with plenty of chairs.
We had a fantastic holiday.

Cons:

I know it is a personal preference, but for us, the beds were too hard.
It's on a bit of a hill, but you do get used to it.

Great hosts, great place to stay with a beautiful view in a quiet area. Recommended!
Pros:

Very friendly hosts and willing to help us with our needs. Our apartment was spacious with a beautiful view on the city, pool and nearby forest. Also, apartment is a little further from the center (10 min easy walking from the Poniente beach), which is pretty quiet residential area.

Cons:

We had a small issue with ants when we arrived there, which is pretty common thing during the summer in Benidorm, but that issue was fixed in few hours.

Apartments are a good size even had a washing machine which was handy also everything you needed in the kitchen area

Cons:

First day the pool was dirty but was cleaned everyday after, location is set far back away from everything so you have to walk up and down a long hill

Las vistas, el jardín, el comedor, el balcón. La vitrocerámica funcionaba muy bien, la campana y microondas también. Ricardo muy amable nos dejó esperar en el check out, allí mismo, hasta que nos vinieron a buscar, aunque estábamos fuera de hora.

Cons:

Las almohadas muy incómodas, muy gordas, y nada anatómicas. Las camas algo blandas. Las colchas viejas y algo incómodas. Echamos de menos lamparita de noche en una de las habitaciones. Echamos de menos un kit de entrada más cuidado del que hubo (faltaban servilletas de papel, algo más de jabón en los botes que estaban casi vacíos, algo de sal y algo de aceite, cucharas de madera, sartenes más nuevas, un trapo de cocina, un exprimidor para naranjas, el filtro en la cafetera, un carrito para la compra,...)

Bidet,guasto riparato giovedì, entrano in casa senza avvisare.
Blatte in bagno dal soffitto a pannelle aperto e cucina.
Piscina con fondale sporco viscido e fanghiglia negli angoli oltre all acqua sporca,quindi un servizio che nn abbiamo potuto usufruire.
Ci siamo spostati 2 notti in un ostello che è stato meglio di questa casa.
Incommentabile.

The pool and gardens were lovely it felt like your own place for the week and not crowded lovely place

Cons:

Just a bit of a walk to the shops although it was great for us my friend with his mobility found it difficult to walk up the hill but otherwise everything was good
