Pros:

It was lovely location, close to town centre and the beach . Private terrace with sun loungers.

Cons:

The room was just under the top terrace , people were going up and down until 1am, thin walls and could hear everything . Although the kids slept through and it didn't bother them .

Excellent Location & Outstanding Service
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations! The location is one of its biggest advantages- it is situated in a very convenient area within walking distance of the city centre, the old town, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Everything you need is just a few minutes away on foot, making it a perfect place both for relaxing and exploring the city.
The apartment was very clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay – a kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. You can really feel the attention to detail and care for the guests.
The service from the staff was outstanding – friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, we received clear instructions and assistance with everything we needed. You truly feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your stay.
A special mention goes to Marina from Happy Life – an incredibly warm, cheerful, and positive person, very kind and always willing to help with anything. Communication with her was easy and pleasant, and she contributed greatly to making our stay so enjoyable and hassle-free.
The hotel offers excellent amenities – modern furnishings, an, a terrace with a jacuzzi, and very good overall organization. The place is quiet and peaceful, which adds to a relaxing stay, even though it is close to the centre.
Overall, the value for money is excellent. We would definitely return without hesitation and highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Alicante.

Pros:

Loistava sijainti, n 15 min kävely rantakadulle. Huoneistossa kaikki tarvittava 4 aikuisen yöpymiseen. Pyysimme kaksi ylimääräistä peittoa,jotka toimitettiin nopeasti. Huoneistoon pääsimme 2 h etuajassa ja matkatavarat pystyi jättämään halutessaan toimistoon säilytykseen. Huoneistossa oli iso oma terassi, johon paistoi aurinko. Sähkölukot oli käteviä käyttää, ei huolta avaimista. Hyvä palvelu kaikin puolin, sähköpostiin vastattiin nopeasti.

Cons:

Huoneiston yläpuolella oli kattoterassi kaikkien käyttöön. Kattoterassilla kävely kuului hyvin huoneistoon, jos se sattuisi häiritsemään.

The room was clean and had a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, tv etc
Marina really did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible

Cons:

No outside view, the room was below ground floor but was advertised as being on the ground floor. Also no separate bedroom, just curtains around the bed which didn't close? Very little fresh air available.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage ist wirklich super man kommt schnell zu allen wichtigen Orten und kann die Umgebung gut erkunden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bietet für zwei Personen ausreichend Platz. Besonders gefallen hat uns die gut ausgestattete Küche, in der alles vorhanden war, was man zum Kochen braucht.
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Im Haus bzw. im Flur lebt eine Katze. Das wussten wir vorher nicht, daher haben wir uns zunächst etwas erschrocken. Da unser Zimmer unten lag, hat sie gelegentlich an der Tür miaut und gekratzt. Für uns war das letztlich kein großes Problem, aber für Allergiker oder Menschen mit Angst vor Katzen könnte diese Information hilfreich sein. Außerdem war das Wasser in der Dusche leider nicht immer konstant warm. Es kam ein paar Mal vor, dass es während des Duschens plötzlich kalt wurde und dann auch kalt blieb.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement : de nombreuses visites peuvent se faire à pied ou en transport en commun (tram et bus). l’appartement est bien équipé. Personnel très serviable, disponible et à l'écoute. Merci !

Cons:

Remonté des égouts dans la salle de bain, odeur nauséabond dommage!
