Thank you all for making our family stay from March 24th to 30th so wonderful. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and care throughout our visit.

A special thanks to Gulfem and Shahin at reception for always being welcoming and helpful, to Filiz from housekeeping for keeping everything so comfortable and spotless, and to Bashar, Assistant of the General Manager, for the extra attention and kindness.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is very attentive; they upgraded our room to a deluxe suite with a hammam. The housekeeping was top-notch—special thanks to Birol, who does his job very well. They also kept bringing us water and a complimentary gift from the hotel. This is the best hotel of all the ones I’ve stayed at in Istanbul

Our stay at Barceló Istanbul was truly enjoyable. The hotel offers a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and a central location. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the overall experience even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying again.

The location is perfectly central while still feeling calm and away from the noise and crowds. The staff are incredibly friendly, and I absolutely loved the bathroom and private hammam. There are so many great facilities to enjoy. My room was spotless, and a special mention to Filiz from housekeeping—she was so kind. When I received flowers, she immediately brought me a vase to keep them fresh, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Really good, nice hotel, nice staff - especially Nejoet.

Gym and wifi good. Service and reception fine. Wellness OK, but needs more regular cleaning. Rooms need better sound-proofing towards road and other rooms & corridor! Average value for money although location fine.

I fell ill and the staff at front desk and the kitchen went the extra mile to direct me to appropriate medical attention, as well as provide me with healthy food, which they brought to my room

A beautiful place to stay with great location. Service was excellent with a strong dose of kindness!

Our stay at Barceló Istanbul was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end.

We were lucky to have a beautiful room with a private hammam, which made the experience truly special. The room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and perfectly prepared for our arrival. We were also delighted to find several thoughtful little surprises waiting for us, which immediately made us feel welcome.

We had dinner at Champs, and the food was excellent. What made the evening even more memorable was the staff ,they were exceptional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every detail was taken care of.

The breakfast was an absolute delight, with a fantastic selection and high-quality products. I would especially like to thank the lovely lady at the omelette station, who was incredibly kind and welcoming every morning.

Another detail we truly appreciated was the mobile internet device provided by the hotel, which allowed us to have internet access outside the hotel during our stay ,such a thoughtful and useful service.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was perfect. We felt truly pampered throughout our trip. It was a weekend full of pleasure and relaxation.

I already can’t wait to return to Istanbul ,and without a doubt, to Barceló Istanbul.

The hotel has an excellent location, about a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Taksim, where you’ll find plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and very clean.

A special thank you to Kagan from the Bell Team, who truly went above and beyond to assist us with dinner reservations, transportation arrangements, and even helping us fix a suitcase. His service made a real difference in our stay.

I will definitely be coming back soon. A great place to stay!

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful! Especially, Gregory at the reception was the best during all our stay!
Location is very nice, just few steps from Taksim square! Breakfast had a lot of options with very good coffee! We will return again!
