Barcelo Istanbul

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything was well organized. The atmosphere was nice and we felt relaxed during our time here.
I also want to say a special thank you to Ms. Nurten. She was very kind and friendly and did her job very well. Her positive attitude made our stay even better.

Location was so good

Huria ( the house keeper ) kept my room always clean and her smile everymorning is such a thing to me .
She was like a mother taking care of her guest son .

Location is perfect, near Taksim square, shopping centers, metro, taxi

The location is good and easy access to everything. Rooms are large. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We arrived late after a stressful journey and Tahin on reception and Ramazon concierge were very helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to be helpful the next day also and a real credit to the hotel.Special mention goes to the housekeeper Birol who was always helpful with a smile. Also, Gulfem on reception was very helpful and friendly. The staff are a credit to this hotel!

And rooms are always clean. The location is near taksim square so thats good. We didn’t come across any noise complaint and the atmosphere was calm.

I was surely in good hands with Barcelo Hotel in Istanbul, where all staff (especially the concierge) were kind and well-equipped. The concierge made things at ease for me: borrowing an umbrella, storing my luggage while I was visiting other cities in Türkiye, getting breakfast boxes when my flights were early in the morning like at 3am. Overall, the service was excellent from the front-desk receptionist to the bellboy - courteous and prompt. My room was nice and clean with useful amenities, more importantly quiet. Restaurant was very affordable, with great food variety and taste.

The cleaning service is perfect 24/7, especially Filiz, she is very nice, polite, doing her job very well, we liked her.

There is one thing we didn’t like, there is no bidet shower, which makes it difficult a little bit, you have to bring yours when comming

The best hotel and hotel service I have experienced in Istanbul. Hanieh, the guest experience manager and Suleiman the Hotel manager along with all the staff are the most welcoming staff ever. Make your stay very convenient by choosing this hotel. It is a must!!! I stay there every time I visit Istanbul.

We just spent five nights at the Barceló Hotel in Istanbul, we enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is lovely, our room was very spacious and so was the bathroom both very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was very varied as was the restaurant Champ . We would definitely recommend this hotel

I had such a wonderful stay at Barceló Istanbul mostly thanks to the incredible people who work there!

First and foremost, I have to mention Ali , a waiter (casualty). He noticed my morning routine right away and made sure everything was ready just the way I liked it, without me even asking. His thoughtfulness and gentle presence made me feel completely at home.

Amir, another wonderful waiter, also deserves a big thank you. He was always quick, and attentive, adding a bright start to every morning. Together, Ali and Amir made breakfast something to look forward to every day.

A special mention goes to Chef Amineh, whose warm smile and positive energy filled the restaurant. Her dishes were delicious, but it was her happy spirit that made the atmosphere feel so welcoming.

At the front desk, Dilara was both professional and genuinely friendly. And Hassan, the housekeeper, kept my room spotless with great care and attention to detail.

Overall, the team at Barceló Istanbul turned what could have been a regular hotel stay into a truly personal and heartwarming experience. I can’t thank them enough, I left feeling like I was saying goodbye to friends.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Barcelo Istanbul. The breakfasts were excellent with a great variety and fresh options every day. The rooms are spacious with excellent sound insulation. The staff throughout the hotel were very pleasant and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.

I would especially like to mention Huseyin, who took care of our room (Room 617). The room was always perfectly clean, everything was replenished on time, and he was always kind, polite and smiling. His work truly made a difference and we appreciated it very much.
