The location was perfect. The apartment was in excellent condition and very comfortable.

The pillows were soft but, to be honest we didn't bother to ask them to change them.

Прекрасный отель, очень коасивый и комфортный номер с удобным месторасположением.
Pros:

Чистота, эстетика, комфорт, было всё необходимое.

Cons:

В нашем номере окно выходило на глухую стену вплотную соседнего здания, света уличного не было от слова совсем, номер без окна.
В качестве пожелания - предупреждать посетителей, что отель без консьержа, все онлайн, тогда будет понятно, почему на месте нельзя оплатить.

The apartments fully match the description. I especially liked the location and the cleanliness.

Overall, the stay was good, but there was an important point regarding payment. After booking, I was asked to make an advance payment via an external link, which was not mentioned at the time of reservation. For security reasons, I was not comfortable proceeding with that method.

However, the staff were understanding and, as an exception, allowed me to pay upon arrival instead. I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to accommodate this request.

Cons:

More detailed instructions on how to find the entrance would be helpful.
