L'accès facile via un code. Il est bien situé dans un quartier calme, à deux pas du palacio de viana.

Cons:

Les traces sur les murs et le sol d'une matière pas très agréable. Les casseroles méritaient d'être remplacées (revêtement téflon très abîmé).
