Absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Cons:

Wir haben diese Unterkunft für sieben Nächte gebucht, mussten sie jedoch bereits wenige Stunden nach dem Check-in wieder verlassen. Die tatsächlichen Zustände vor Ort hatten nichts mit den Erwartungen zu tun, die durch die Anzeige vermittelt wurden.

Die Unterkunft wirkte stark heruntergekommen und war in einem schlechten hygienischen Zustand. Unter anderem fanden wir ein verschmutztes Bett, beschädigte Möbel und Türen sowie weitere sichtbare Mängel vor. Auch die Gardinen waren beschädigt. Insgesamt machte die Unterkunft keinen gepflegten oder bewohnbaren Eindruck.

Aufgrund des Zustands der Unterkunft war es für uns nicht zumutbar, dort zu übernachten. Wir haben daher noch am selben Tag eine andere Unterkunft gebucht und keine einzige Nacht dort verbracht.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass trotz eingereichter Fotos (ich habe noch mehr Fotos eingereicht als hier sichtbar sind) und dokumentierter Mängel keine angemessene Lösung gefunden wurde.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen und würde zukünftigen Gästen raten, sich die aktuellen Zustände sehr genau anzusehen, bevor sie buchen.

Pros:

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in Taksim, near Taksim Square and close to all services, restaurants, metro and bus stations. I also thank Mr. Harun for his warm welcome and kindness. He is truly a wonderful person.

Отель расположен в самом центре Таксима, рядом с многочисленными ресторанами и развлечениями. Номер был очень чистым и комфортным. Персонал на ресепшене вежливый и всегда готов помочь. В целом мы остались очень довольны проживанием и обязательно выберем этот отель снова.

L'hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix et est idéal pour découvrir Istanbul, grâce à sa proximité avec la place Taksim. Le personnel a été incroyablement serviable et attentionné tout au long de mon séjour. Leur gentillesse et leur soutien ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je le recommande vivement !
