Pros:

ITS IN LOCAL PLACE WITH COMFORTABLE, FRIENDLY PEOPLE, FOOD PRICES, AND suitable and RELIABLE , and suit wh need to be near all main parts in Istanbul

Cons:

They gave us room without view as they infor me by the whatsApp.

Kind and friendly host. Walkable distance to key sites. Pics don’t match actual property
Pros:

I’m going to be very honest about this review and make it as true a reflection as possible of the property. The host was incredibly nice and helpful!! Responds almost instantly. Helped with airport transfer. Very kind and friendly. The location is very ideal, in walkable distance to key tourist sites + loads of food places just down below.

Cons:

Few things. Firstly the pictures don’t match the property at all. There were sockets sticking out of the bedroom walls! Which I think is a big safety hazard. The mattresses were dirty looking like they hadn’t been wiped in a while. The terrace and view wasn’t anything at all like in the pictures. There was some renovation going on and we could hear construction sounds round midnight! :( the staircase to the upper floor is very narrow and you have to be very careful going up. The place doesn’t have a lift.

Verblijf was matig, op de foto's lijkt het leuker
Pros:

Airco werkte, met deur en raam dicht bleef de herrie van de drukke weg buiten. Host was goed bereikbaar.

Cons:

De locatie in de booking klopt niet, de werkelijke locatie is aan de drukste weg van de wijk. Bij aankomst liepen we daarom met koffers en al de verkeerde kant op. We waren erg moe toen we werden ontvangen door onze host die ons eerst excursies en attracties wilde verkopen voordat hij ons de kamer wilde laten zien. Toen we aangaven geen interesse te hebben bleef hij volhouden. De kamer was oké maar door de drukke straat niet mogelijk om met open raam te slapen. De douche was erg verouderd en de douchestang kapot waardoor we telkens vreesden ons te bezeren. Ook liep het afvalwater van de airconditioning leeg op het terras en was deze erg stoffig. Op de laatste avond van ons verblijf, rond middernacht, bleek het slot vervangen en konden we niet meer naar binnen. We waren hier niet van op de hoogte gebracht en schrokken aanzienlijk. Gelukkig kwam er snel iemand naar ons toe met nieuwe sleutels maar het was wel raar. Echt op ons gemak waren we niet.

Pros:

L'emplacement est plutôt bien avec des commerçants très sympathiques dans la rue . Le personnel est facilement joignable et réactif.

Cons:

Les photos ne correspondent pas franchement à ce qui est loué. La chambre sent l'humidité et le moisi, elle est sombre, pas d'éclairage suffisant manque des ampoules notamment au niveau du lit donc impossible de lire le soir. Chambre et non studio comme annoncé, impossible de se faire à manger alors qu'il est noté dans l'annonce coin cuisine. État de propreté laissant à désirer notamment le tapis. État de la chambre très moyen. Rue très bruyante car pas d'isolation phonique.

Pros:

Az apartman a grand bazartól lefelé van. Minden nap felmàsztunk a "dombra". A leghíresebb nevezetességek 20 perc távolságra vannak. Az utcában remek pékség van, és kisebb éttermek. Ha lejjebb megyünk, akkor helyi olcsó piac utcát találhatunk. A szállás csendes, kényelmes méretű. Régi ház, nem mai design. Lépcsőzni kell. Az internet ok. A tetőterasz klassz. Kulcsot 5 percre az apartmantól lehet átvenni. Nagyobb bolt 5 percre. Tömegközlekedés 15-20 percre, villamosok.

Pros:

Great location (a lot of means of transportation), terrace, a lot of power outlets available in every part of the accommodation, towels being changed and trash being thrown out every two days, Staff very nice, available different amenities in the kitchen area, as well as soap, shampoo, and hairdryer in the bathroom, all surfaces were very clean on arrival.

Cons:

The constant unpleasant smell od dumpness lingering in the room (opening window doesn't help). Due to the plumbing in the building, flushing toilet paper is not allowed which is quite bothersome during longer stay (because of trash being changed regularly not much of an issue for short stay). At the end of the stay unpleasant smell in the bathroom (either plumbing or ventilation issue). Dusty curtains inflicted sneezing.

5/10, good if you stay there for a couple of days.
Pros:

The location is great: all the famous mosques are nearby, transportation is convenient, there are restaurants and cafes very close to the apartments. I really liked the balcony :) and seagulls and cats can sometimes come to the balcony ☺️ but you should understand that this apartment is in the tourist area, so it's a bit loud there (anyway, it's fine for me). The host is very helpful and polite ☺️

Cons:

The room is old, renovation was done long time ago, especially in the bathroom. There's a smell of mold and damp in the room. If you stay here for a couple of days and you plan to only sleep there - it's fine, but for a longer period of time it's not acceptable. There's also a smell in the wardrobe, I can't put my clothes there cause of that. The plates and cups were all different and dirty (seems like nobody washed them after the last guests 😔). Bedsheet is old and there are spools on it.
