Pros:

Le personnel de la réception était attentionné et souriant,la chambre était spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

La responsable du personnel de nettoyage n’est pas aimable.je lui dit bonjour en turc et elle n’a pas répondu.C’est dommage .
Et nous n’avons pas retrouvé certains de nos achats qui se trouvaient dans le réfrigérateur.

Our stay was over all ok, excluding some negatives.Hopefully next time if we decide to stay over place will have improve
Pros:

Spacious apartment! Great location! Good breakfast, even though is the same every day and becomes quite boring at some point, but still very enjoyable!

Cons:

This is was our second time to stay at this hotel, but this time unfortunately our stay was not as pleasant as the other time.
First, the apartment I did book was different than the one we’ve stayed and given upon checking in. The apartment was dark and was facing inward and close view by other buildings, which was not the end of the world, but lacked day light.
The shower head was broken and could not stay attached to the adjustable shower stand so
we had to hold the shower by one hand while taking a shower. It was very uncomfortable.I did report it to the receptionist, but nothing happened no facility or maintenance came to replace it. But the most shocking was that there were some kind of bugs especially in the living room we were bitten by something and until now we’ve got some red swollen marks all over. It’s a bit scary hopefully nothing serious.
I’m sure this place has a potential, but staff need to pay attention to guests requests and maintain the place more prominently.

Pros:

Mr. Fatih is very ready to assist customers whenever he is own duty compared to the rest of the receptionist. And the cleaning staff and kitchen team are excellent. Nice hotel and a place to lodge again

Cons:

The wifi is very weak inside the top floors. And the TV is designed for Turkey movies only.
The room heater does not work during my visit.

Átutazóknak kényelmes megoldás.
Pros:

Tiszta, alapvetően jól felszerelt, kényelmes lakás. A konyhai rész is meglepően fejlett eszközök szempontjából. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

Cons:

Furcsa, hogy nem volt mosogatószer és szivacs a konyhában. 6 fős apartmanban, csak 4 szék volt. A reggeli nekem rossz volt, minden tojás hideg volt volt, de a személyzet kedves, a választék elfogadható.

Duzy rodzinny apartament ok 20 min od metra, czysto, smaczne sniadania. W okolicy sporo lokalnych knajpek i sklepow.

Total relaxation.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable, and centrally located, yet quiet. Excellent value for money. The kitchen is well-equipped and fully functional. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the Istanbul skyline—particularly at night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Family Time and would recommend it without hesitation.

Cons:

The TV was working, but it had damage to the screen.
