Sweet and Sour visit
Pros:

The stuff was great, very professional, and the facilities were clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

We always come there, and the past visits were awesome, we even got engaged there, but this time ,it felt like we were at a pub or tarven because of the loud music at the restaurant and people dancing as if it was a strip club while singing very loud to the music. It was really disturbing and very unpleasant, we felt like going back home.

Horrible nly good thing I can say is that the place was clean. One of the staff members at the reception was professional and informative unlike the rest of them that I interacted with.

Cons:

Horrible service at the restaurant, we even had to stand up and leave. We opted for dinner and breakfast at a nearby restaurant outside the estate. The room was way too small and when we requested an upgrade we didn't get it. Most of the staff members were not keen to assist, felt like you were bothering them. Room didn't have all the amenities readily available. Imagine having to go request for iron!!! To top it off, rules are like you are at a boarding school, when you walk in a certain direction holding food you must have your receipt as proof of purchase and explain yourself to the security staff. The place was also noisy. I definitely don't recommend the place for a vacation.

Pros:

II thought the facility was amazing and still think about it to this day. The area is a bit secluded; however, it does add to the charm if you’re looking for an escape.

I would — and have — recommended The Blyde to my friends and family.

Cons:

I do wish there were more accessible restaurants and/or fast-food options nearby, as the restaurant can be a bit pricey for some. For myself and my husband (who eats halal), we had to stick to vegetarian options.
