寒さや、騒音を考えると次は利用しないかと思います。
Pros:

綺麗に掃除されており、問題なかった。

Cons:

雪の降る時期に利用しました。2泊したのですが、古い日本家屋なためか、1日目はなかなか暖房（クーラー）が効かず寒かった。布団は薄い布団一枚だけなので、夜が寒くなかなか眠れなかった。
一軒家の中で複数部屋がある為、上や隣の音がうるさかった。夜中2時頃外国の方々の話し声が聞こえてきた。値段を考えるとしかたないかなと思います。

朝方の雨が激しく目が覚めた

ただし、静かにしてルールを皆さん守られていて、人の声などは問題なかったので眠れた

Pros:

部屋が分かれていて男女の着替えなんかしやすく良かったです。
冷蔵庫、レンジ始め備品が揃っていて助かりました。
前の道が狭く、車停めて荷物の出し入れが難しいので、苦労しました。
あと、鍵の操作がコツがあって少し苦労しました。
全体的に大変快適に過ごせました。
ありがとうございました。

Very nice accommodation, clean and comfortable. Close to train station but also to city center.

Cons:

The kitchen is actually a fridge, a microwave and a kettle, so no way you could cook something.

Excellent, clean and quiet.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the station, close to many restaurants and bars… and in a quiet neighbourhood.
The place was spotless, our apartment had a balcony, two rooms and kitchen. It was new and it smelled like it. They allowed us to store our luggage after check out. Definately would come back.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. The only thing that would help would be a washing machine.

Perfect place for a few nights.
Pros:

Spacious space in the center. 2 rooms, bedroom and social/futon room, bath, sink with microwave. 5-7 min walk to historic district, next to izakayas area, but still super calm and quiet.

The place is new and nicely furnished.

Craft beer pub in the adjacent building.

Parking a few minutes away costs 900 yen per 24hr so I found it reasonable.

Cons:

I was satisfied and liked everything. No complaints.
