Pros:

Завтрак хороший, номер просторный ( но вонь дикая).
Спа зона очень приятная.
На 5 звёзд отель явно не дотягивает.

Cons:

Запах из туалета просто убийственный!!!! Закрыли дверь в туалет, открыли окна и только тогда можно было хоть как то дышать.
Холодильник не работал. То есть он работал, но не охлаждал а нагревал. Благо на улице было холодно)
Один из дней вода в детском бассейне была горячей чем в джакузи. Детям было невозможно там находиться.

Spacious place with a heated swimming pool during winter. The breakfast is delicious. One of the best locations in Bakur

Great for families. The area is not crowded and has a pleasant ambiance.

Cons:

Swimming is not allowed without proper swim attire. Please bring your own swimsuit, as none are available for purchase.

A weighing scale for baggage is not available.

Pros:

Блин влюбился в администратора спа но она увы не говорит по русски ))))

Cons:

Все было хорошо кроме кафе на тереториии . Очень хамское отношение были когда мы ждали еду почти 40 минут не еще не принесли но нас попросили рассчитаться за нее . Ну как то странно и не приятно .

Pros:

Стильный отель со своей закрытой территорией, где есть детская площадка и каток.
Хороший паркинг.
Номера комфортные, кровать с удобным матрасом.
Детский бассейн с подогревом, что особенно приятно!
Раздельные сауны. Большой бассейн и 2 типа джакузи бассейна.
Есть возможность доплатить за шведский стол на обед и ужин.

Cons:

На первом этаже в одной половине отеля не работал лифт, что затрудняло подъем с маленьким ребенком (поднимались по лестнице). Никто из персонала не помог поднять вещи до номера при заселении.
Не работал хаммам в спа.
Небольшое разнообразие еды на завтраке.

I Don't Recommend these facility for families & Muslim Tourists.

Cons:

There's no Temperature Control, so we are opening the window and balcony door to cool the room .
Room Service was Extreme Slow, expect 1-2 hours to reach the room.
Breakfast was a disaster. for muslim travellers situation is even worse.
The dinner buffet is also pathetic.
When we came overthere one guy was shouting at the door towards a cab driver i think he is the manager. The driver was an old guy; we were really depressed there itself.
There are no hospitality services from anyone.
