Très bel emplacement et bel immeuble
Pros:

L'emplacement sur les ramblas au top! On a pu profité des fêtes de la Mercé et être au coeur de la ville
L'appartement était propre, lits faits, serviettes à disposition

Cons:

Prévenir au préalable que les marches sont raides à monter et que ce n'est pas forcément adapté aux familles avec un bébé. Compliqué de grimper les 4 étages avec bébé et poussette plusieurs fois par jour et pas de possibilité de laisser la poussette dans l'entrée au RDC ce qui aurait facilité un peu notre ascension.

1- No tiene calefacción: ir durante el frío , te congelas 🥶
2 - al entrar a la habitación había un olor muy fuerte a cloro 👃
3 - platos y cubiertos sucios , poca limpieza 🤢
4 - servicio al cliente pobre, al mencionar el problema de la calefacción el personal nos ofreció salir de la estancia 👀, Diosmio !
5 - el problema de la calefacción no era solo en mi apartamento, es aparentemente en todos, mi amiga había tomado el piso de abajo con el mismo problema 😒
6 - TE PIDEN UNA GARANTÍA AL ENTRAR 💸, la garantía es de 50 euros, no es mucho , pero molesta que no coloquen la info en la descripción de Booking
7 - fotos de Booking engañosas , en las fotos parece un apartamento amplio, con un balcón o terraza que enamora ……. La terraza no. Existe!!! 😣😣😣

El alojamiento del último piso es bastante completo, limpio y bonito con una terraza muy funcional y unas vistas preciosas

Cons:

Para llegar hasta el último piso hay muchas escaleras con peldaños estrechos y desgastados. Salíamos por la mañana y cuando nos tocaba volver nos cambiaba el humor. Llegar arriba sin aliento. Cambiamos el viaje y Nos fuimos un día antes

Staff was perfect, location was great, apartmant was huge, spacious, clean. We arrived early but we were able to leave our luggage and they let us know when the accommodation was ready for a bit earlier check-in.
Everyone was kind and friendly.
Overall amazing experience and glorious recommendations.

Apartamento grande no centro de barcelona e barato. Difícil de não dizer que vale a pena.

Acho que para o preço era muito aceitável. Mas estava um bocado velho o apartamento e precisava de roupa de cama quente e água quente que esgotou logo.
