Posizione perfetta e prezzo inferiore alla media della zona

Cons:

È un edificio antico e non dispone di ascensore, ma sugli interni si possono fare delle modifiche per rendere l’appartamento più moderno e meno claudicante. Pulizia ok, ma alcuni punti risultano poco curati

Mancanza di acqua calda ,non è segnalato che sono 5 piani senza ascensore .Era segnalato solo che non c era ascensore .Per me che ho un problema alla gamba è stato molto difficoltoso

Buena ubicación, DESASTRE INTERIOR !!!!

1- No tiene calefacción: ir durante el frío , te congelas 🥶
2 - al entrar a la habitación había un olor muy fuerte a cloro 👃
3 - platos y cubiertos sucios , poca limpieza 🤢
4 - servicio al cliente pobre, al mencionar el problema de la calefacción el personal nos ofreció salir de la estancia 👀, Diosmio !
5 - el problema de la calefacción no era solo en mi apartamento, es aparentemente en todos, mi amiga había tomado el piso de abajo con el mismo problema 😒
6 - TE PIDEN UNA GARANTÍA AL ENTRAR 💸, la garantía es de 50 euros, no es mucho , pero molesta que no coloquen la info en la descripción de Booking
7 - fotos de Booking engañosas , en las fotos parece un apartamento amplio, con un balcón o terraza que enamora ……. La terraza no. Existe!!! 😣😣😣
