Gut, mit Abstrichen.
Pros:

Recht zentral, gute Bäckerei nebenan, Airportbus vor der Haustür, genug Platz für 4 Personen. Gute Matratzen. Grundsätzlich schöne Wohnung, die man jedenfalls buchen kann.

Cons:

Es roch etwas muffig, besonders im Bad, vielleicht einfach normal in altem Gemäuer - man kann Fenster öffnen. Keinerlei Kontakt mit irgendwem. Keine Info, wo der Müll hin kann, der bei 4 Personen nach 5 Tagen anfällt, eine Rolle Müllsäcke wäre nett gewesen. Der Ofen funktionierte nicht, was uns leider erst auffiel, nachdem wir Sachen zum Aufbacken besorgt hatten. das Display der Klima/Heizung ging auch nicht, bescherte uns kühle erste Nacht im Februar. Aber all das ist ja reparierbar.

Excelente apartamento con una ubicación estuenda.
Pros:

El apartamento es muy bonito, muy cuidado y en un edificio señorial. La interacción con la empresa muy buena, amables y sin interjerencias. Ni un solo problema. Volveré.

Cons:

Algo ruidoso por la noche por el tema de los aires acondicionados/calefactores.
No conseguí poner en marcha el calefactor de la habitación. Un mal menor.

Central location, close to everything, shops, restaurants, metro stations. The ease of checking in and out is great, it was so simple. I would definitely use this service again.

Cons:

It was really clean and had everything you need for a stay. The only thing we noted that it needed a slight renovation, a few touches here and there.

Boa acomodação, mas necessita de cuidados
Pros:

Apartamento visualmente moderno e bonito.
Cozinha completa, com todo o necessário e muito bem equipada. Diferencial de ter máquina de lavar.
Dormitório confortável.
Tolhas de banho grandes e muito macias.
Alguns mercados próximos e a 2 quarteirões da estação Urgell do metrô.
Bem em frente está o ponto de ônibus que leva direto ao Aeroporto (linha AeroBus).

Cons:

Sofá cama necessita de urgentes reparos. O "colchão" já está bem gasto.
As venezianas estavam quebradas, não fechavam por completo e deixavam a luz e o vento entrar dia e noite.
Banheiro com mau odor, descarga com problemas e falta de água quente no chuveiro (por 2 dias só tivemos água gelada no auge do inverno).
Apesar de ter televisão, só conseguimos usar no terceiro dia, após diversos pedidos na administração.
O código de acesso à porta do edifício também falhou algumas vezes. Em uma delas tivemos que pedir para outro hóspede abrir para nós.
