The location was very ideal, it had. Views of the Table mountain
In case you need information about the area ie where to get food, staff weren't willing to assist or give information
Just the access on the main road
It’s dirty and noisy! Doesn’t like safe and not good to have kids around.
Everything
I loved the fact that is was close to where I wanted to be.
The place was dirty, Curtains were supper dirty, WiFi was not working, we had to use a different room’s WiFi which was complicated because everytime we were using the TV, it keeps on pressing itself. Chair was burnt, I took pictures.
Mop was dirty, there was no broom. I had to go borrow it at the tanents, and they only gave us one toilet paper. The bed was not comfortable at all. Wasted my money to be honest.
The rooms setup was nice, I also liked that there was a swimming pool. Also the kitchen appliances were nice and clean.
The fleece on two of the rooms had stains. The patio was dirty, had cigarettes remains on the floor. Hair in the bathroom floor. Only 1 toilet paper was provided for the 2 nights.
The convince of the area. It is perfectly located and the stuff go above to ensure that you are best assisted
The sheets were dirty.. Had to have my room changed because of a blood stain on the sheets. On the other room the sheets had stains on them as well. The towels they offer shed! If you wipe yourself with them, they leave shedding all over you, worse if you use it on your hair.
I like nothing of this place
Everything, had I known the condition and service on offer i would never had booked this place
I liked the location
I didn't like the towels, they left some white cotton particles on thr body.
They have so much intimidating rules that are actually unfollowed - i came to realize if you give the security something you can getaway with anything. There cigarettes, and weed smells along the hallways
The toilet lock was broken
They provided a tiny soap and nothing else
For the amount of money paid, I would have expected more quality.
The stuff was just vague, direct and not welcoming.
One of the worst places to stay in Cape Town. Poor reception, broken furniture, don't care attitude by employees and a generally dirty apartment that has seen its days.
Do not be fooled by the photos and proximity to the city. The place is just a disaster!
I hated every minute I spent in that hell hole.
