Our key was not working and we stood my the door waiting for assistance for more than 30 minutes. The water was so cold and the room as well

The room temperature

Cons:

There wifi was bad the connection
People were walking throughout the night in hallway and making noise in hallway
The bathroom had a bad smell like a blocked drain or something plus there was cockcroaches in bathroom
Bed was also not comfortable enough
Parking is very unsafe as a person has to get out of vehicle to scan tag and that unsafe at the back because there is no security at back
People were parking in our spot constantly and they apparently has the same number as our parking

Good and quiet location easy to find and peaceful.
The room was clean, WIFI was strong and everything was perfect for our stay.
I would recommend to everyone.

Nothing I was falsely accused of smoking weed well guess what? I have a video of people smoking and cleaning there weed right beneath me. So how was I accused????

I have pictures of the broken window the curtain broken and the door handle of the toilet. I am in the process of taking further steps i am so disappointed in the stay I had . I've been there before and never will I ever go back. I have a video of the toilet door that could not close and a video of the people smoking and cleaning weed. It was myself and my sister who booked in after having a long week at work . Instead we had more than 3 men outside the door knocking so loud demanding we open and we are in PJs???? With the sick world we live in make this make sense??? I'm exposing this place on each and every platform should you fail to get back to me urgently I will sue you for defamation of character trust me I will.
