It was not comfortable at all
Pros:

The space, it’s nice and big

Cons:

There were several serious issues during my stay:

Unhygienic conditions
The rooms was not clean. [dirty sheets, hair in the on the pillow cases and bedding, old fish oil left in bowls in cupboard, broken shower and a clogged basin and sink.]. It did not feel safe or sanitary for guests and my child.

Cold room
The rooms was extremely cold throughout the night and made it impossible to sleep comfortably due to broken window locks. Windows were shaking all night for the three nights I was there.

Broken facilities
[the shower was leaking, the WiFi wasn’t working properly , the door lock was faulty, the sink and basin was blocked, This shows a lack of basic maintenance.

For the price I paid, I expected a clean and functional room. Instead, the stay was uncomfortable and below standard.

I would appreciate if you could:
Investigate these issues
Refund/partial refund for the night, or
Offer compensation such as a future stay credit

Please let me know how you plan to resolve this. I’ve attached photos as evidence.

Didn’t like it I have videos of all the roaches that I had to spray and kill

The stay was fair
Pros:

Good value for money & friendly staff

Cons:

The guests at the room next to ours were very noisy up until the wee hours of the morning made it hard to sleep, & my partner had work in the morning. The room smelled of weed, we had to open the balcony door to try & get rid of the smell but that too didn’t work. The room had no iron, we couldn’t iron our stuff in the morning & the remote for the Tv was not working so it was a little useless

I will never stay here again
Pros:

I only liked the lady that helped us check in. The other lady was dismissive and rude.

Cons:

List is too long to mention. But mainly, the entire building and flat smells horribly of marijuana and it is not clean. No parking. No wi-fi.

Very noisy with the train's going past with the train tracks next to the building, there was no hot water to take a shower for one day/night
