Room 200 is not up to standard. From the lighting in the lounge, to the ventilation. I guess its due to the room set up. The place could do with a fresh coat of paint especially the room ceiling. The place looked clean but the moment u walk barefoot u can feel the sand .the place wasnt cleaned properly. Please do better.
The location wasn't too bad
We chose to check-in between 16h00 and 17h00 , upon arrival the keys to our original apartment couldn't be found which meant that we would be placed in another room ( 912). Once we entered the 8th floor , the passage really had a terrible Marijuana smell. The room itself was not too bad but we were disappointed by the hair that was left in the shower as well as the bag of clothes ( from a previous tenant) in the cupboard. I booked for 2 people so I expected at least 2 sets of knives, forks, spoons etc , when instead we just had 1 of each for the weekend.

Cleanliness!!!! The curtains were stained and dirty. On the bed, the inner was dirty. The pillows had a bad smell. The plus one blue blanket was smelly. There was cushion inside the closet, its smell made the whole closet to smell bad. We also found condoms!! Quality of towels was terrible (old), when you use them parts of it remains on your body i.e. the body gets covered in white!
Dagga/weed smell in the room was unbearable (coming from next door), struggled to sleep.
Toilet keeps flushing, the mechanism is broken. The bathroom sink is partially blocked, very slow to drain.
The Wi-Fi never worked!!!! The TV has white dots across the screen.
Cleanliness. Cleaning services. Ladies just open the door invading privacy. There isnt always everything needed in the unit. The train makes noise on train facing sides. It always smells like weed yet there is no smoking allowed. The bedding wasnt always clean and I had gas issues.

We liked the pool area
The room was dirty aswell as the bathroom. They told us check in was at 15:00 we waited a hour and a half to check in. Our room had no towels and the security was not friendly at all.
Not much really
The check in service could be improved. The securities service could be improved, how they talk and approach the customers.
