Pros:

City location good, fairly cosy rooms with smart TV, cheap laundry room, equipped shared kitchen.

Cons:

Echoey corridors with doors that all slam loudly, room doors have zero sound proofing. There were some noisy guests, and with no staff on site to deal with it, it's a grin and bear it situation when that happens. There were a lot of noisy student accommodations backing onto my room which was sometimes annoying at night.

The shared kitchen needs a deep clean. For the price, I'd expect better. The bathroom in the room wasn't deep cleaned before my arrival and the bedding had seen better days.

Overall, the cleanliness of the property lets it down. Suited my needs as a guest house but felt overpriced for the offering.

Very dirty, alcoholics in the whole building , the home keeper drinks on job and they're disrespectful, dirty, expensive not worth it lol save your money and go somewhere else
