The room was spacious. The view of the nice was nice.

Cons:

No one threw away the trash or changed the towels or the sheets for four days. The shower had very bad water pressure. There is no drier. There are no screen doors or nets on the balcony or on the window. Unfriendly staff.

Pros:

I liked the room.

Cons:

The receptionist have not asked whether I am with car or not and did not explain which are the assigned to the hotel car-park places, which appeared to be a problem at some point.
I didn't have breakfast. The receptionist didn't mention at arrival anything for breakfast hours or something.
All in all, the receptionist does not speak Bulgarian well and does not try to explain and welcome the new guests.

Soul not stay in that hotel again unless worse comes to worst
Pros:

Was good, until it wasn’t

Cons:

“Free parking” wasn’t free…additional cost, “free breakfast” wasn’t free, additional cost added, basically you pay to sleep there, nothing else is included in the original cost. Receptionist lady was almost never at her desk and we had to call her by phone on 3/4 occasions.

Location is good
Pros:

The apartment was good with a great view over the dunes. Location is good.

Cons:

The pool area only had about 6 sunbeds around it for the whole complex. The listing states free parking, but you have to pay to use the underground parking. You can park on the limited street spaces but I imagine these wouldn't be available in summer. It was ok but I wouldn't go back. No-one around on reception at check in or checkout.

the building has no sound proof at all you can hear everything your neighbours do.
Pros:

Great location and spacious appartment

Cons:

I have asked to be placed on higher floor and through booking they messaged me Ok, then upon arrival they gave us the first floor abive reception I was really disappointed as I especially asked for this and they said no change can be made
