Overall all was good...took a few minutes to realize how it was served...needs more lighting...
We were satisfied after several corrections of room and Connors assistance...we had to transfer rooms as disability room was needed..

Pros:

Location, affordability, breakfast included, decent room.

Cons:

No front desk staff in the evening and overnight. Check in is with a code, not a card. If there are any complications with your after-hours check-in, then there is nobody to help you.

It was a functional room for 2 people but we spent most of our visit at a conference downtown.
Pros:

It was clean, easy to enter.

Cons:

I did not realize that bus service did not start until 8 on Sunday. We were able to get a cab to come take us to the train station.

Pros:

Easy and available place to stay. The room was bare bones but pleasant with a good cross breeze, and during July that was nice to have. Reception staff responsive and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast (included so no way to opt out) was terrible. The food was "cheap" and unappealing. Serving staff abrupt and not kind. Bed linens were thin and chintzy. Carpeting etc could use a refresh. Parking fee was substantial, and not really justified in my opinion; yet there was no other option for our car.
