I accidentally booked this hotel because I thought my conference would be at UBC, but it was at VCC
Pros:

Nice but not impressive

Cons:

I put the sign to make up my room but they did not clean my room.

We had to leave. Due to parking issues and no was there to help or give info.
Cons:

There was no one available to help regarding parking, so we left! We had to reserve a room in another place. Monitor was not working. We even try to call no one responded.

The room should not have been booked in the obvious state of disrepair that it was in
Cons:

The heater was broken & banged loudly, really loudly unless we turned the heat up to almost 80 degrees at which point it was so hot we could not sleep
The toilet was broken and the water ran all night till we had to shut off the water valve. We used the lobby bathroom during the night or used the recycling bin filled with water to flush the toilet
Neither of us got hardly any sleep. And we did advise the off site support of the issues when we arrived but by 10 pm we finally gave up when no one had arrived to address the issues or change our room as we requested
We have been regular customers for years but this stay was completely unacceptable

Stay away.
Pros:

Location is great if you need to be at UBC or west side of Vancouver

Cons:

Check in room code was not working. 2nd code after checking in with staff was also not working. Turns out the room lock was broken and I was given a physical key. Tricky door to unlock, was not easy to open, so had to ask for help unlocking door. The maintenance fellow told me that the door lock is broken, so the facility should have known this would cause issues. Probably had to go back and forth 3 times to ask for help because the hotel phone line is not answered. I had the phone # ringing on my cell right at reception, and none of their phones ring or get answered. Again, staff admitted the "phones are not working".

Overall, the reception staff are not professional hospitality workers and had trouble communicating effectively or fixing issues. They are profoundly unhelpful.

Room was cold, about 15 degrees Celsius on entry. Heaters are old and it took many hours to get room up to 19 degrees. Bathrooms were completely moldy and smelled like sewage. The floor was buckled from intense moisture. No heat at all in bathroom. Small toilets. There was a room in our unit filled with plastic fans, not sure why supplies are put in a rented unit.

Breakfast is pretty bad, but its free. Its served by a server, like a cafeteria -- you can't serve yourself. The coffee was not coffee, it was a brown liquid though.

Overall, this might be ok as a guesthouse for visiting students, but no way that this property should be marketed as a public-facing hotel. Its barely habitable, especially if you have allergies or asthma from mold. Cost was $720 for two nights with surface parking. I slept in my coat.

Pros:

Ich fand es gut dass man Zugang mit einer Zahlenkombination zum Zimmer hat. Man kann keinen Schlüssel verlieren.

Cons:

Das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Heizung ging Anfangs nicht. Die Einrichtung war schon sehr alt. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag das Gleiche. Man konnte lediglich die Zubereitungsart der Eier auswählen. Aber alle waren freundlich bemüht.

I would not choose it next time.
Pros:

location is good. Room is clean. Breakfast and service need to be improved. Checking in is very low in efficiency. The room booking system is terrible and made a big mistake and made my stay an unhappy experience.

Cons:

Room is really small and the equipment is poor and makes the price unreasonable.
