Eindeutig der - völlig unnötig - recht unprofessionell organisierte und betriebene Frühstücksraum. Über den an mehreren Tagen angebotenen Kaffee verliert man besser kein weiteres Wort. Aber: auf unseren freundlichen! Hinweis an der Rezeption machte man uns dort sofort einen guten Kaffee. Toll!!!
Der Plan zur Reinigung unseres Zimmers war nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar. Alles wirkte etwas zufällig ...
It's so infuriating. It was cancelled for no reason at 7:30 a.m. on the day of check-in. There was no notice at all. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, they told me that they had cancelled the reservation and thus couldn't stay. I asked the front desk clerk to contact the supervisor. He had no choice but to say sorry and couldn't get in touch with the supervisor either. No one solved the problem. In the end, I could only contact booking customer service to solve the problem. The password for the access card was sent the next morning. Email me saying it was a staff member's mistake and I can get a free refund without any compensation. It's just that a free refund is available. This is their management. Don't trust the order status on booking. Be sure to call during the supervisor's working hours to confirm the order status. Otherwise, you'll have the chance to look for a hotel on the street in the middle of the night.

Small rooms - one bed only
A painful night. The water pipes in the room walls made low-frequency noises, masking the sounds from the old-fashioned refrigerator. I couldn't sleep the whole night. The equipment in the room is old and there is a bad smell in the refrigerator. This hotel is not recommended.
