La ubicación del hotel está bastante bien y las habitaciones son correctas y cómodas para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Sin embargo, creo que el personal de recepción podría mejorar la atención al cliente. Sería importante que saludaran más a los huéspedes y mostraran más disposición para ayudar e informar cuando se necesita algo. Una mejor atención en la recepción haría la estancia mucho más agradable.
