Great location, lovely spacious apartment

Cons:

A set of stairs outside were slippery as they were wet (from the rain) and my partner Unfortunately slipped on the top step and broke his wrist when he fell. Might be worth looking at replacing with less slippery tiles.

The Meriton Apartments are in such a great location, whether you are there for a weekend or a longer stay. Just perfect!
Pros:

The convenience to the beach, cafes, restaurants and the trams! Everything was so close.

Cons:

More toiletries could be provided for the length of your stay

We loved the location and being close to transport , shops and restaurants. Pools and gardens were well maintained.

Uneven floor especially in kitchen area.

An older apartment in a great location
Pros:

The location and its surrounding community is quiet and surrounded by restaurants and bars. It is suited for active seniors. There is public transportation very close by.

Cons:

The apartment unit has an older carpet and needs updating. The loose carpet in the elevator can catch the wheels of the luggage as you enter (can be a trip hazard). Not all the lights in the unit were operational. The tiled flooring in the shower is too smooth and glazed making it a slip hazard (young or old).

位置便利、服务贴心，虽卫生与设施有待提升，但整体入住满意。
Pros:

前台服务非常好，还可以免费寄存行李，很贴心。房间整体还不错，周边环境也好，步行 5 分钟就能到海边，楼下就有餐厅，吃饭出行都很方便。

Cons:

不足之处是卫生还有待提高，房间里发现了蟑螂，设施也相对陈旧一些。不过性价比还算满意。
