Stunning sub-penthouse accommodation! Highly recommend!
Pros:

Our family of 5 stayed for 6 nights in a stunning sub-penthouse 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and well maintained. The staff we spoke to were all welcoming and lovely!
The location of this property was perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Disappointed with the accommodations
Pros:

The staff were polite. The outdoor areas and swimming pools were very nice as was the Foyer. The beautiful beach was at the end of the street and we went there every day.

Cons:

We were very disappointed with the Apartment. The advertising shows excellent out door areas and a beautiful carved bedhead in the bedrooms. We believed the one bedroom Apt would be lovely based on that photo. There was no bedhead, just a long thin crack in the wall and a mismatch of colours. We were allocated Apt 30 on level 5. It is a two bedroom Apt that is old in need of maintenance, the lock in the verandah door is very loose. The paint is chipped off doors, walls and bathroom fittings. The heavy wooden furniture is scratched and stained, the ceiling fan in the main area is not working. The tiles in the kitchen are also chipped.Reception advised they would send someone up to look at the fan. No one came over 4 days. There is no house keeping unless you stay for 8 days. On the veranda we had two large high rise buildings in front of us but had a nice view to the left along the beach.

A wonderful stay in a large, comfortable apartment.
Pros:

The apartment was of a very generous size, with big balconies off both the living area and the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable and both bathrooms were good. The Apartments are very close to the Tedder Avenue restaurants, and only a couple of blocks from the ocean. Both the building itself, and the gardens, are very well maintained. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
