Meriton exceeded our expectations, easy access and on site staff communication.
Pros:

Location to Tedder Avenue cafes, Southport Yacht Club and beach.
View over Broadwater was great, balcony had a large table we could eat our meals at.
Bed was comfortable, sheets were ordinary.
Cleanliness was very good.
Staff were friendly and helpful, good communication.

Cons:

Not much in kitchen supplies such as sugar, salt and pepper. Basic tea and coffee sachets.
No filtered water.
Family in another apartment got the same type of 2 bedroom apartment for almost $200 less than we did for exactly the same dates.

absolutely awful ! please see attached messages from my 13 year old son

Cons:

"state of the art gym"was equipment from the 80's
spa was freezing cold
and the whole apartment had squads of cockroaches coming out of holes in the walls not to mention the cookware was disgusting the induction cooktop started burning everything no sign of staff anywhere to make any complaints. 1 roll of toilet paper, no air con in bedrooms it was boiling. Probably the worst hotel i've ever stayed in I would rather sleep in my car .

Loved it.
Pros:

Location, facilities, beds comfortable, lovely hosts, quiet and secure.

Cons:

Lounge furniture could be improved, updated in the apartment. This would be the only area of improvement.

整體不錯，房間及附近環境舒適。性價比算是幾好👍🏻
Pros:

房間很大，空間感十足，陽台很大，床褥亦舒服

Cons:

每六天才有一次執房、清潔，非常不足夠！浴室沖涼用品很少，洗頭水沐浴露只有手指公咁細樽，根本不足用六日，而reception每天4pm後關上，這個不方便！

A lovely unit and we would have loved to stay longer.
Pros:

View was lovely. Beds were comfortable and air con worked well. Location was excellent - so close to everything we needed. The reception people were absolutely wonderful and helped us out enormously with our cars. We would come again. Thank you so much!!

We had to leave..... We wanted to stay longer.

Location and view from our apartment was great.
Staff were really lovely and very helpful.
The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

I think extra tea towels and a few cleaning products/ garbage bags should be left in apartments. There was only one tea towel and small dish cloth and one garbage bag. We stayed for a week so to have those thing supplied in the apartment would be a good idea. I did ask at reception and they gave a few things to me.
