Due to it's location on hill with no street level accomodation and many stairs, this accomodation is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility.
Families traveling with very young children should also consider this before booking.

superbe séjour en famille
Pros:

Superbe séjour en famille! Appartement confortable avec une très belle vu.
Nous avons adoré la proximité de la piscine et du restaurant . Nous y avons d'ailleurs mangé à plusieurs reprise, très bon et très agréable de diner en bordure de piscine.

Cons:

Très bel appartement, très fonctionnel, notez qu'il y a des ventilateurs mais pas de clim!

Pros:

Excelente para familias. Unas vistas magníficas desde el apartamento y la terraza. Ideal para moverte por cala galdana, macarella y Mitjana sin necesidad de coche. Cocina muy correcta si se quiere cocinar. Volveremos sin dudarlo

La piscina estaba muy limpia al principio, pero con el paso de los días el agua estuvo bastante sucia

Pros:

Zona muito boa para ficar! Um ponto super central para explorar a ilha toda de carro. Recomendamos muito esta zona!

O alojamento tinha tudo o que era essencial.

Cons:

O isolamento do som podia ser melhor, o apartamento fica por cima de um restaurante o que pode gerar bastante barulho à noite.

As camas de solteiro podem ser pequenas para pessoas altas

Pros:

A localização era incrível mas para terem vista para a praia têm de subir alguns degraus!! Restaurante incrível no alojamento, staff muito simpático

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location in the town. Easy walk to supermarket and beach etc....

Cons:

The apartment was cold, unwelcoming and in places falling apart. Kitchen cupboard doors reduced to chipboard shell inside. All furniture wobbling and past it's sell by date. Bathroom door not shutting properly and bathroom tiles mouldy around the bath. The beds not very comfortable. I paid extra for a sea view, but on ground floor this is only through bars with people walking directly in front. Upstairs probably better. Be aware that apartments with sea views have no sun except in the morning. Parking is on the road and even in October I could only park 100m+ away and its on a steep hill. Access to the apartments is then by foot on a slippery tiled sloping walkway (lethal in the wet) and requires you to carry bags up lots of steps. I would give this one a miss.

Cons:

Micro-onde corrodé, porte grippée...quelques réparations s'imposent. Le lit double était une vraie planche...beaucoup trop dur!

Séjour en octobre donc pas de problème pour se garer pas trop loin de la résidence

La proximité de la plage.
Le petit supermarché en bas de la rue.
Balades accessibles à pied facilement.
Restaurant bon. Service attentionné.

Cons:

Nous avions l'appartement D29. Juste au dessus du restaurant. On entend beaucoup la cuisine en dessous. La terrasse est inutilisable dès la fin de journée à cause des rejets de la hotte du restaurant. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres en fin de journée. Odeur de gras et des cuisine.
L'appartement quand a lui était plus ou moins fonctionnel. Les peintures ont été refaites mais tout est un peu vieillissant.
