From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
A deposit may be required at the property.

It's ok for short stay
Pros:

A basic apartment, it has a balcony with a lovely green view, offering a private and comfortable space. The parking area is spacious, and the bathroom has a hot and cold water system.

Cons:

However, the air conditioning in the bedroom is very weak and does not cool the room sufficiently. The room faces west, so it gets hot around noon and in the afternoon due to direct sunlight.
The bathroom sink is leaking, and the water from the tap near the kitchen counter is yellowish, making it unsuitable for use.

Not Safety. Slide door tak boleh lock n Tutup rapat. Tombol kunci bilik pun sama.

Bilik ok n kemudahan selesa

Cons:

Aircond bilik utama ada kebocoran/leaking. Air menitis bila on aircond n bertakung di lantai tapi tidak lah mengganggu. Masih ok lg. Lift juga ada sedikit masalah tp di perbaiki dgn cepat.
