Important information:

Reception opening hours are as follows: Sunday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please inform the property in advance using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

The outdoor swimming pool is open daily from 11:00 to 19:00.

Rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen (one large and one small towel), household linen such as a kitchen towel and bath mat, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen area and dishes, TV, standard WiFi access for up to 5 devices, and all taxes and charges except the tourist tax. Unlimited WiFi is available at an additional cost.

Beds can be made upon arrival for an extra fee per person. You may also request a specific apartment location after booking, subject to availability and additional charges.

Please note that invoices will be issued under the name used for the reservation. Full payment must be made within the timeframe indicated in the booking conditions. If this is not respected, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

In July and August, Pierre and Vacances offers complimentary activities to fully enjoy the mountains in Alpe d’Huez. Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights benefit from free and unlimited access to selected facilities, including a heated outdoor pool, the Palais des Sports with mini golf, table tennis and a fitness room from 16 years old, as well as roller and quad tracks with roller skates included. The heated outdoor pool is open daily from 10:00 to 19:30, the Palais des Sports from 09:30 to 20:00, and the roller and quad tracks from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30. A pass will be provided upon arrival and activities require prior registration at the Palais des Sports and are subject to availability. As these activities are operated by independent partners, they may be subject to change. Swim briefs are mandatory in the pool.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Zeer praktisch appartement en alle nodige voorzieningen! Genoten!
Pros:

We kregen een kamer op de 6de verdieping met zon op het terras, heerlijk na een ski-dag!

Cons:

Jammer dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was de eerste dagen! Na enkele dagen was het wel gemaakt, wat leuk was!

Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.
Pros:

Obiekt bardzo blisko stoku, blisko do sklepu Intermarche. Dostępna jest sauna I jest czysto.

Cons:

Korytarze I wyposazenie pokoi wymagają odświeżenia.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour mais un nettoyage d’entrée a été nécessaire.
Pros:

Le service général et l’emplacement.

Cons:

Le nettoyage avant notre arrivée était largement perfectible. Les deux lits à l’entrée présentaient pas mal de poussière et de moutons.
Des couverts étaient sales.

Very Clean. Good location. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a separate bathroom from toilet room.

Cons:

Could hear people in apartment above us until after midnight every night, and therefore slept poorly. Not sure if that was just the people, or whether the walls are so thin that that happens a lot.

First apartment and linens smelled like cigarette smoke so badly that we couldn’t sleep. The next day we asked to be changed to a different apartment. Thankfully, Management accommodated our wishes and we were moved to a different apartment that smelled much better. Thank you for listening to us and allowing us to change.

Acima das expectativas com bom custo benefício
Pros:

Apartamento com espaço adequado para dois adultos se hospedar confortavelmente.
Cama, colchão, lençóis e toalhas de boa qualidade.
Cozinha muito bem equipada de eletrodomésticos louças, talheres e panelas.
Excelente localização, ao lado dos lifts e do centro comercial, com lojas de venda de passes, locação de esquis e acessórios, farmácia, restaurantes e o melhor supermercado da cidade.
Hotel tem um bom restaurante e conta com área de estacionamento, além de ser em frente ao estacionamento principal da cidade.

Cons:

Travesseiro deve ter mais de.dois anos.
Tenho rinite alérgica a ácaro e era só deitar pra ela se manifestar.

Dans l'ensemble personnel très sympathique une bonne semaine.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner fait par nous même, super emplacement et gratuiter des transports de proximité.

Cons:

Pas d'abris pour notre moto et le sèche linge en panne sans aucune indication de non fonctionnement.

Pros:

Erg vriendelijk personeel, zeer behulpzaam en spraken goed Engels.
Prima bedden en een mooie locatie van het hotel. In- en uitchecken ging gemakkelijk.

Cons:

Helaas was het zwembad de hele week gesloten toen wij er waren.
De vaatwasser was stuk, er is wel 2 keer naar gekeken (personeel reageerde er direct op toen we aangaven dat de vaatwasser onvoldoende schoonmaakte, helaas na de 2e keer aangeven was er geen verandering).
Wifi is matig, direct naast de router deed de wifi het goed, maar elders in het appartement was er nauwelijks tot geen verbinding

Great location, decent apartment
Pros:

The beds are comfortable, and the heating and hot water are excellent. The apartment was clean overall, although we found one pan with some leftover eggs. The location is excellent, you can ski almost to the entrance (if there is enough snow). There is restaurant in the ground floor (haven't tried it), and a grocery store 2 min away. We booked a 4 person apartment for 2 people, which is something like a standard in France. 4 person apartment has 2 beds, and you can extend the couch in the kitchen area, which would be inconvenient for 4 people.
There is a public garage just across the street for the price of 18 EUR/day.

Cons:

Sleeping alcove is something like a wide part of the hall with beds, so you cannot ventilate and bread some fresh air over night. It would be nice to have the beds ready for the guests, and at least one change of towels during 7-day stay (or double the towels). There is a ski room, but no place to dry ski boots. This is not a problem of the residence, but culture and hygiene in the sauna space is very poor, people are sitting in the saunas without towels (maybe there should be some clear instructions on the entrance to the sauna or personal that would periodically warn people about the sauna rules)
