Pentru ultima dată la Horizont Resort!

Având în vedere că este a doua noastră vizită,putem avea un termen de comparație.
Spre deosebire de 2022,anul primei noastre vizite,micul dejun mi s-a părut mai jos din punct de vedere al diversității dar și din cel al calității produselor.

Așadar,micul dejun ar fi putut fi mai diversificat și mai ridicat din punct de vedere al calității produselor.
Cina, deasemenea,sub ceea ce am experimentat în 2022,dar aici poate fi și o chestiune de gusturi.
Dar toate aceste aspecte ar fi putut fi trecute cu vederea dacă nu s-ar fi întâmplat ceva care să ne facă să ne întrebăm dacă vom mai dori vreodată să ne reîntoarcem sau să recomandăm altcuiva acest hotel
Și acum citiți cu mare atenție pentru că în viață ,cel mai bine,este să înveți din pățaniile altuia..

Bun,am făcut rezervare pe Booking , cu posibilitate de anulare, 4 nopți la prețul de 524,88 €(2676,15 Ron)
Evident,cum nu am renunțat la plecare,suma a fost retrasă cu 3 zile înainte de plecare.Lucru absolut firesc și , bineînțeles, asumat.
Cu o zi înainte de plecare,Horizont Resort a solicitat chek in online care nu se putea finaliza decât cu plata pentru sejur.
Adică.... încă o plată...
Dar de această dată suma fiind de..567,76€((2889Ron)
Fiind de bună credință am făcut operațiunea, presupunând că banii ne vor fi returnați automat.
Și au fost;dar nu automat...
După discuții cu două receptionere,am primit înapoi în cont suma cu care noi rezervasem inițial, hotelul reținând suma mai mare.
Așadar,una am rezervat,altceva am plătit.
Se pare că este o șmecherie marca Horizont Resort.
În consecință ,din cauza acestui tip de înșelătorie,nu recomand nimănui această locație.
Orice lucru pozitiv se estompează când îți dai seama că ai de-a face cu astfel înșelătorii.

Păcat,nu vom mai vizita niciodată Horizont Resort.

Wellness super, krásný a teplý bazén, nádherná lokalita,dostatek parkovacích míst zdarma.

Cons:

Příliš měkké matrace,v našem pokoji byl extrémně cítit zápach z kuchyně, nešlo to moc vyvětrat, bohužel většina jídel oschlá až vysušená.

Škoda, že stravovanie nie je na lepšej úrovni. Inak by to bol hotel, ktorý by sme odporučili.

Lokalita je fajn. Hotel pekný, wellness príjemný.

Cons:

Najväčšou slabinou tohto inak pekného, moderného hotela je kuchyňa. Tam vidieť, že sa šetrí. Takisto by to chcelo lepšieho kuchára. Gastro v tomto hoteli podľa nás nedosahuje úroveň 4- hviezdičkového hotela. Na izbe chýbalo veľké zrkadlo.
