Your Next Level Int Executive Apartment

The property at Next Level International Executive Apartment was a fabulous stay. They have 24/7 security on the property to make the check-in process easier. The host Terry, upgraded our stay to a 3 bedroom prime apartment and accommodated us to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely come and stay here again. The rooms are so huge and very clean. The entire apartment was very big and I felt safe, comfortable and happy. He was also very fast with his response when we had any questions.

I have to start by saying.I was double charged for my stay and I’m still working it out to get a refund.I checked out on the 6th of July and today is the 12th of July.I The 28th of June I inquired about the duplicate charges and he only contacted me on the 5th of July to let me know about the checkout process.I have now been ghosted by the manager Terry.It is a really comfortable place to stay but will not be my choice because of the experience stated above.There’s just a few complains about the upkeep and maintenance of the unit I stayed in but they did not make the stay extremely uncomfortable due to me being from that country.There are mostly weekend parties and the unit is not sound proof.The pool was right outside my window and I was awakened both weekends during my stay including hearing about some females who’s body part became erect due to cold water and she wanted to pee in the pool (Gabriela).This was the reason I did not allow my kids to use the pool.The staffs are extremely nice.We also had an announce visitor which I included in my photos.

Great place to stay in BV. Walking distance from taxi/ buses. Love the local culture and people.

Apartment was a home away from home full kitchen and bath 24HR security. Easy parking on site

Terry is a great manager of the property. This is my third stay there, and I will keep on going there.

Much noise from Guyana

Traveled with a large group Oct 2024 for a family trip and the management ruined our plans. We booked 2,3 and 4 bedrooms which are split in 2 locations and security is good. Both locations are good. Dont be fooled with the pictures seen online. These are the 2 and 3 bedrooms. 4 bedroom suite is completely different. Old, broken furniture and bathroom, cockroaches! We were fooled. Booked ans paid in full the accommodations 8 months in advance and day before was calles to ask if we had a reservations! Blaming expedia for overbooking when he was taking bookings on the side. Upon arrival the group was split in 3 different buildings. My elderly mother had to stay in a suite away from the group. I begged management not to split up my family, he stated that we had to deal with it. Management Terrance from USA 354 is very distrot, disorganized and extemely unprofessional. Worst experience, ruined pur family trip, will not be back next year!

The accommodation was fantastic. The place is clean and is suited to be a home away from home. The property is secured, gated with 24-hrs security system and a gate keeper. The staff are friendly, and professional.

It was my second time at this apartment and believe me when i say it was awesome. Need a quiet place to chill and relax, the next level apartment is just the right place for you.
