Algunos dias nos tocó el agua muy fría en la regadera
es tranquilo el lugar y el personal del acceso es muy amable, tambien el anfitrion se porto muy bien !
fallas en lavadora , boiler , las camas muy incomodas, faltan mas platos, sartenes , cucharas, tenedores y solo hay tv en la sala ( deben de tener en habitaciones ) . falta cambio de toallas cada dos dias por lo menos ya que tienes que quedarte sin toallas desde la mañana para que te las entreguen por la noche !
El departamento es bonito y comodo. Ademas de limpio. Lo senti seguro. Y definitivamente la persona que administra el depto. Tuvo las mejores atenciones. Se nos quedo olvidado algo muy valioso para mi y nos lo regresaron. Toda la atencion. Muchisimas gracias sra. Ninfa

****DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE PROPERTY****
On day 2 whilst preparing evening dinner, the bottom half of the oven unexpectedly exploded with flames and smoke EVERYWHERE!!! We had no idea what was going on, we rushed around looking for a fire extinguisher- NONE - we looked for a fire blanket - NONE
We had to put the fire out ourselves with tea towels we dampened with water. The husband of the property eventually turned up after I called and text several times and he pulled out the items that were in the oven and there was a glass bottle that had smashed, plastic shampoo bottles and an aerosol can!! What on earth flammables!! AND THIS IS WHAT CAUSED THE EXPLOSION and nearly scarred my family for life if we were standing in front of the oven!!
Our daughters were left so so scared and hardly slept that night fretting and shaking!. We asked the hosts the following morning to please understand that we needed to leave and requested a refund or part refund because our daughters were terrified every time we went into the kitchen something bad was going to happen. The hosts ignored all of our texts and phone calls from this point. We contacted Booking.com and they said they could not help, they basically only advertise the properties on the website, WOW!! SO THE MORAL OF THE STORY HERE IS DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH BOOKING.COM because they hold no responsibility and will not help you at ALL - lesson learnt!!
Other things to note: this accommodation is on the ground floor and roaches are very much a part of your stay, the washing machine although not listed was told via text it would be available to use whilst a part was replaced, this never happened and had to pay for laundry services (expensive for the area).
The complex is not in a good location- just the mall 15 minute walk via busy highways so don’t let the name fool you, it’s a taxi ride to anything decent and quite isolating, so get your pesos ready because it will all add up.

It was difficult to get a taxi to town centre but the owner helped us get one. There are lovely restaurants and shops nearby and very good prices too

We had a great stay at the Punta Estrella apartment. The host was excellent—very kind and always available whenever we needed something. The common areas were lovely, and the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. It could have been cleaned a little better, especially around the windows where there were some insects and dust. The area felt safe, with friendly security staff on site, and it was conveniently located close to all amenities.

It was spacious and practical. There was little car noise. The entrance officer was quite helpful to understand that as tourists, we little about how to move in the city. The bed sheets were a little hot, we had to use the A/C at times.
Well, we were hoping to find a blender as part of the appliances. However, it was not essential. And the toilet paper was just enough. We could not find an extra supply anywhere.
Excellent security,especially for the vehicle. Very clean. Elevator. Poolside was clean and very relaxing.
The mattresses were very uncomfortable.

This property is posting apartments that aren't available. We paid for a pool view room and when we got there they gave us a completely different room. They refused to give a refund. Don't trust this one.
Big and clean apartment with 2 dormitories and a neat dining table. Ful kitchen with all you will need to prepare any meal. Private parking a few metres away, within the secure private neighbourhood. Swimming pool is fine, and has some blissful shade in the afternoon.
The security guards were also very polite and helpful when our lost luggage was delivered.
Highly recommended!
The place is not near the city centre, so don't expect to walk to the beach, but it is close to a big shopping centre, and is ideal if you are going on excursions to other points.
We had some issues with the Internet.
