Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. We were four people, including two minor children, and the overall condition of the property was extremely disappointing.
The accommodation is very far from both the city centre and public transportation, which made getting around very difficult.
From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the property had not been properly cleaned. I immediately informed the owner about the situation. She told me that the previous guests were responsible because they had not left on time. We had requested to check in at 1:00 p.m., and our request had been confirmed. In fact, from what I had seen, 1:00 p.m. was already an available check-in time.
When I asked her to arrange for someone to come and properly clean the apartment the following day, instead of trying to resolve the problem, she basically told me that if I wanted, I could leave and cancel the reservation. This was completely unacceptable. I am pregnant, travelling with two minor children and we had already arranged our entire trip and purchased tickets for the following days. Leaving the accommodation was simply not a realistic option.
The cleanliness was extremely poor. There were rotten eggs left in the refrigerator, along with other items apparently forgotten by previous guests. The sponge for washing the dishes was disgusting and clearly needed to be replaced. When we arrived, there was not even a single roll of toilet paper. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and no soap or shower gel for bathing. We had to go out and buy basic necessities ourselves.
For four people staying for six days, we were provided with only **four bath towels in total**, with not even one face towel. This is completely inadequate.
The beds were another major disappointment. **The pillows were enormous, more like sofa cushions than proper sleeping pillows.** The sheets were wrinkled and worn out, and the beds themselves were old and uncomfortable.

L'emplacement bien situé
El apartamento tiene todo para un estancia corta. El check in es súper sencillo, hay que hacer un depósito que luego la persona te lo devuelve al entregar es las condiciones que ella solicita que es limpio. La comunicación con la señora es rápida responde al poco tiempo de escribirle. Hay lugares para comer alrededor y un mercado para comprar lo básico.
La verdad el apartamento es cómodo Pero la almohadas son súper duras porque son como cojines y hace un poco incómodo dormir. De resto el apartamento está súper bueno para venir de paseo.

Fontenay Aux Roses je krásné místo na předměstí Paříže, výborně dostupné MHD - RER B v dosahu. Je to kouzelné místo s novější i historickou zástavbou. Ubytování je trochu starší, ale naprosto vyhovující. Vše bylo, jak bylo uvedeno v popisu. Domluva s paní domácí perfektní. Při příjezdu uklizeno, kuchyně vybavená, koupelna také, postele také dobré. Domluva na uložení klíčů od ubytování, parkoviště, včetně předání kódů - perfektní. Poměr kvalita-cena naprosto v pořádku.
Není co napsat. Ubytování naprosto odpovídající ceně.
