Awful host, stole my deposit and let us stay in a dirty apartment then stole my deposit!
Cons:

The amount of dust and dirt that there was when we walked in was disgusting
Then the woman had a cheek to keep my deposit but I dared complain about the cleanliness of the property!
This lady is a scammer
Do not send her extra money!!!!

Une fois location payé la personne vous explique qui fo donner 100euro caution que ci vous faites pas le ménage ces 30 euro en plus et ci vous voulez garé votre voiture ces 10 euro par jour

Gute Ausstattung für den Preis. Ruhige verkehrsgünstige Lage (Tram/Metro nach Paris). Parkplatz verfügbar. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die immer gut erreichbar ist.

Cons:

УВАГА!!! УВАГА!!! 1. Замале (вузьке) місце для паркування авто. 2. Відсутність кришок на сковорідки та каструлі. 3. Тупі ножі. 4. Зберігання швабри на кухні. 5. Дурацька ідея з депозитом... 6. Душова стійка зламана, судячи з відгуків ще з 2023 року. 7. Тріснута поверхня електроплити. 8. Один рушник на людину. 9. В бронювання нічого не сказано про прибирання, а власниця під страхом неповернення депозиту заставляє мешканців прибирати апартаменти...

Cons:

Gazda a cerut garanție 100 € după ce a încasat contravaloarea sejurului, încasare făcută cu 2 luni înainte de sejur. Cu o zi înaintea sosirii ne-a anunțat ca trebuie sa lasam apartamentul curat și aranjat, altfel ne taxează 50 €, lucru care de altfel nu este menționat în prezentarea locației. În baie mirosea pregnant a urina, parchetul a avut praf pe el, prosoapele de bucătărie miroseau a grăsime. Mentionez ca ne-a lăsat cheile intr-o cutie la locul de parcare, plătit și el 10 € pe zi, iar la plecare am procedat lăsând cheile unde le-am găsit, s-o trimițând poze cu imagini din tot apartamentul. A spus ca lipsește o telecomanda, care probabil a rămas pe canapea, nu pe măsuță de sub televizor, motiv pentru care nu a vrut sa returneze garanția.
