Un super logement confort et calme sur Hawaii avec un hôte agréable
Pros:

Le logement était très propre, super équipé et nous avons même pu profiter du jacuzzi le premier soir sous un ciel étoilé magnifique !

An out of the way peaceful retreat with a kitchen that allows you to enjoy your food
Pros:

This was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed!. The host lives on site like many of the Hawaiian Short-term rentals. However, he is very low key and you don't know he is there. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well furnished. Great Ice machine.

Cons:

We were looking for a place specifically in Ocean View so this was perfect for us. We also liked that it was halfway between the places we wanted to go.
However, Ocean View is on the South of the Island so can be a bit of a drive to some areas. You will want to look at travel times to your intended destination to avoid any surprises. For us, the extra drive to stay out of the typical resort area was worth it.

Pros:

The property is lovely and with a great view. Troy was very available and communicative to set up our arrival. The location is nice to visit both the volcano national park and the best snorkeling points. We'll come back for sure.

Pros:

Great spot to stay on the southwest side of the island. The bed is super-comfortable, the place is squeaky clean, the host Troy is a great guy, and it's a pretty good value (considering this is Hawaii...) Highly recommended!

Great alternative to resort living.
Pros:

Troy was very accessible, personable and helpful. His home has everything we needed in addition to a hot tub. It’s immaculate and comfortable. The location is a great alternative to staying in either Hilo or Kona. Getting a ride to the Green beach was an experience all by itself. We highly recommend it.

設備が完璧に整っている。広いリビング、ダイニング、バスタブ、バスタオル、ハンドタオル、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、食器、調味料、ガスボンベ付きBBQグリル、海水浴用バスタオル、クーラーボックス、サマーベッド、シュノーケル、フィン、ボディボード。食材を近所のスーパーマーケットで調達すれば後は何も要らない。コインランドリーが近くにある。ボルケーノに近い。夏なのに涼しい。

Tout était parfait. Grande maison à disposition avec toutes les facilités (chaises plage, snorkeling, spa, essuies, …) et commodités (pompe à essence, supermarché, …). Troy est vraiment un bon gars, gentil, respectueux. On ne l’aperçoit à peine. Si je devais retourner à big island, je logerais sans hésiter chez lui ! Allez-y les yeux fermés, big love from Belgium 🇧🇪

Quiet and peaceful, clean, good location
Pros:

Beautiful property and the host, Troy, was very nice and helpful. Big bonus that he had beach towels for guests to borrow if needed. It was nice being able to stay between Kona and Hilo. Would consider staying again on our next visit!
