The apartment was well soundproofed and clean. The bathroom was nicely renovated. It is located relatively close to the city center. I was also able to park my car inside.
Sound can travel a little from the neighboring room when people are talking or watching TV, which might be a bit disturbing if someone wants to rest at the accommodation in the afternoon after hiking.

I was overwhelmed by the owner's apparent lack of interest in the comfort of his/her guests. I arrived at 12 pm only to be greeted by a locked door and no one to answer the front door. There is no reception desk. I returned a half hour later and the maid let me in, she said she didn't hear the bell because she was cleaning. Poor excuse. I sent them an email telling them I would arrive at 12 noon. I was given given a small cramped room with one window facing a wall to a backyard with a dog that barked all day. No desk, no chair to sit on, only a bed. The radiator in the room put out a minimal amount of heat even on the highest number. In a mountain town, I expect good heat in the room at night. It was cold. I was checked in by Anna. I don't know if she was the owner or housekeeper, but then I never saw her or any other employee for the next three days I was there. No one cleaned my room, changed the sheets or gave me new towels. Check-in here, you are on your own.

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Nawrot in Zakopane. The host was extremely kind, polite, and very understanding throughout our stay. Even though we checked out 2 hours later than the scheduled time, they kindly allowed it, which we really appreciated.
The conditions inside the house were quite good and comfortable. Everything we needed was there, and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing.
This place is perfect for people who love quiet surroundings, nature, and a calm environment. If you are someone who likes to bring your books or laptop and spend some peaceful time away from the noise, this is definitely an ideal place.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Villa Navrot to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in Zakopane.
We would have appreciated it if the inside of the coffee machine had been cleaner :)
