Its really a walking distance to burnham park also few mins away from SM.

Cons:

I just hate the mosquitoes.

Pros:

The location is good, its cozy and quiet.

Cons:

It has balcony but there was no view but a wall of the neighboring buiding. I also didn't like how the bed is right in front of the Cr, and there are no rugs to dry you feet/slippers.

The condominium was small, the fan in the bedroom was loud. There were 4 of us and it was crammed, they say the unit could be for 7 persons, no way
