Prachtig verblijf op een top locatie, verbetering op paar puntjes
Pros:

De accommodatie zelf was erg mooi en gezellig ingericht, zelfs aan kerstdecoratie was gedacht, wat het een hele gezellige sfeer gaf. De details die behouden zijn van het oude pand maakte het een bijzondere accommodatie. Het bed lag heerlijk! De vloerverwarming is een pluspunt! Aan informatie en uitjes in de stad is ook gedacht dmv foldertjes. Genoeg keukengerei aanwezig.
Tip: waxine lichtjes mogen niet, neem elektrische waxinelichtjes mee om het gezellig te maken.

Cons:

Het appartement was niet super schoon, met name de keuken en de vloer, badkamer was wel netjes. Het servies wat in de kast stond was vies en vettig. Afwasmiddel was niet aanwezig. Dit hebben wij direct bij aankomst gevraagd, helaas kregen we dit pas de volgende middag. Er was weinig filterkoffie, we konden net aan 2 keer 2 bakkies koffie zetten. Gevraagd of ze dit tegelijk met afwasmiddel konden aanvullen, dit kregen we dus ook pas de volgende middag. Tevens werd er aangegeven in de boeking dat er shampoo en douchegel aanwezig zou zijn, er hing maar 1 pompje wat zeker geen douchegel en shampoo in 1 was. Voor de prijs hadden we wel iets luxer verwacht.

Tijdens het aanvullen van deze producten waren wij niet aanwezig en hebben ze ongevraagd de balkondeur van de slaapkamer open gezet omdat na het douchen de slaapkamer beslagen was. Het gaat hier om een inpandige badkamer zonder ramen met een kleine afzuiger. Het is dan logisch dat er (zeker in de winter) vocht ontsnapt de slaapkamer in. Wij vonden het niet prettig dat er zonder overleg/waarschuwing zomaar deuren opengezet werden (waar een kwaadwillend persoon gebruik van had kunnen maken) terwijl onze spullen binnen lagen. We hebben dit ook aangegeven middels een bericht maar hebben hier geen reactie/excuus op gehad.

Sfeervol appartement op super locatie
Pros:

Een heel tof appartement in een zeer oud huis. Sfeervol ingericht. Echt fijn om in te verblijven. De vloeren zijn behoorlijk scheef, dat is even wennen. Echt een aanrader om vanuit dit appartement Leeuwarden te leren kennen. Je zit meteen in de juiste vibe als je binnenkomt.

Cons:

Bijzonder dat de keukenapparatuur alléén voor afbakken van broodjes mag worden gebruikt. Maar ik begrijp het ook wel weer, een beetje. Er zullen best wat smeerpoetsen tussen de huurders zitten 😉

Prachtig appartement midden in het Centrum
Pros:

De ruimte. Hoe mooi ook ingericht. Zeker een pluspunt missen in het bruisende centrum van Leeuwarden.

De code's om binnen te komen.

wonderful stay in beatiful apt in a historic buillding right in the middle of Leeuwarden
Pros:

location was perfect in the centre of historic leeuwarden. beautiful apt with classy furnishing. such a comfortable stay in a beautiful city.

Cons:

was a tad cold when we entered the apt but the heating works well so not a huge let down. Might be an idea to put the heating on a little begore guests arrive.

Beautiful quaint apartment situated in the best spot of leeuwarden.
Pros:

Just a gorgeous apartment in the most beautiful part of Leeuwarden. The hosts were lovely and kind and we felt at home.

Cons:

It's a very personal thing that will vary from person to person (so probably not truly relevant.) The bed was a little on the soft side and I prefer a hard mattress. But once again, that's just a personal preference. Plenty of people like a soft bed!
