Let oo check in tijd, staf is nors en niet behulpzaam
Cons:

Let op: inchecken kan maar tot 19.00.
Toen ik vroeg naar een late check in werd er zeer onbeleefd en verre van klantvriendelijk bejegend. Werd ook niet teruggebeld hoewel dat was toegezegd. Bij terugbellen van mij kant was de reactie " gaat niet gebeuren". Zeer onplezierig...
Hebben wel gezorgd dat betaling snel werd gerestitueerd.
Blijft een nare nasmaak.

Amazing place to stay.
Pros:

Beautiful old building with cafe, partial moat and geese, set in lovely countryside, very spacious and comfortable accommodation furnished with antique furniture, free tea and coffee in a separate room for guests.

Cons:

There were no locks on the toilet/bathroom doors. Access to the loft bedroom was via another bedroom.

Prima verblijf met verbeterpunten.
Pros:

De locatie, een eigen sleutel om te komen en te gaan. De bedden waren heerlijk. De gratis rondleiding was erg leuk.

Cons:

Het was erg koud in 1 kamer, niet goed geïsoleerd, er was een erg grote kier bij de deur. Het was minden in de winter. De vloeren waren ijskoud.

Service & kwaliteit niet in verhouding tot prijs
Pros:

Mooie ligging van het hotel, maar niet van mijn kamer, een van de stal kamers met hoog geplaatste ramen zonder veel uitzicht op de binnenplaats. Wel nette badkamer.

Cons:

Niemand bij de receptie die tot 19u open zou moeten zijn terwijl ik om 18.15u aankwam. Niemand nam op bij het mobiele nummer wat was aangegeven. Na zoektocht, geholpen door iemand uit restaurant maar dat duurde lang. Restaurant zou tot 20u open zijn maar gaf om 18.30u al aan dat ze eigenlijk al gesloten waren. Gelukkig kon ik nog iets te eten krijgen. Kamer was koud, veel tocht door geïmproviseerde deur. Ik had een stalkamer die de €100+ zeker niet waard is.
