Typowy hotel niskiej jakosci dla tanich wycieczek all invlusive
Cons:

Cena zupelnie nieadekwatna do jakosci tego hotelu, bardzo slaba jakosc jedzenia. Jesli szukacie jakosci to nie tu, tym bardziej z mnostwem osob korzystajacych z tanich wycieczek all inclusice w tym miejscu

A fost curat, personal amabil. Piscina este cu apă termală. Mâncare foarte buna și diversificata.

Най ужасното преживяване
Pros:

Нищо, няма да се върна

Cons:

Мръсно, без контакти в стаята , само един, меъсни кърпи, косми в банята, не работещи диспенсъри за душ гел, корозия , абсурдно за 4- звезден хотел. Елементарно кана за вода нямаше. Два асансьора за този огромен хотел, чакаше се по 10 мин , слаба закуска

Прекрасно местоположение
Pros:

Всичко беше страхотно - чистота, храна, дамите на рецепция бяха много мили.

Cons:

Тъй като пристигнах малко по-късно - около полунощ и установих, че в стаята мивката е запушена, се наложи да се обърна към рецепцията за помощ.След 15_20 пристигна дежурния по поддръжката - видими ядосан , че му е нарушен нощния сън, грубо влезе в банята и с мръсен вакуум започна гневно и дивашки да отпушва.В резултат на което оплеска, цялата баня, замириса ужасно. След като реши, че е приключил с задълженията си трасна вратата след себе си.След него трябваше 40 минути да чистя и дезинфекцирам.
За нещастие , тъй като телевизора не функционираше се наложи, ща- неща, пак да помоля за помощ на рецепцията, дойде същия служител, още по-разсърден с нечленоразделен и фрази, тръскане на дистанционното и отново тряскане на вратата при напускане.
Доста лошо впечатление прави подобно поведение и заради подобно отношение в Бг ни се носи слава , че сме зле в сектора на услугите.

wonderful and relaxing
Pros:

Location is amazing; The food was very good and lots of Variety. We liked the hot pool and spa a lot too. The view from the south room was beautiful and very quiet, the staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the water slide too! it is not just for kids.

Cons:

people smoking on the balconies despite the fact it says non smoking hotel. At least the rooms didn't stink. Some of the food was too greasy........ not authentic bulgarian recipes. middle asia twists on food....

Genel olarak iyi idi, ısıtmalı kapalı havuzu harika idi.
Pros:

Kahvaltıda Earl Grey ya da English Breakfast tea olmaması hoş degildi. Zengin aksam yemeği menusu vardı.

The Location of the property is beautiful and the hotel itself is very nice, I like the staff everybody was very friendly and helpful and organized, they gave us a very nice room
