La propiedad esta descuidada. La limpieza es pobre. Si te vas a quedar lleva tus detergentes y articulos de limpieza porque no hay ni una escoba, para q limpies porque no hay buena limpieza. Yo llegue y el baño estaba sucio, en la bañera habia hongo y pelos de otros huéspedes. El olor a humedad es muy fuerte en los cuartos. No tiene sabanas calientes solo las finitas. Uno de los aires no funcionaba bien. Cuando verifico el filtro esta muy sucio. La llave del fregadero esta dañada. Lo unico bueno es la ubicación.

We have encountered all these problems with this property.

Coffee maker doesn’t work.

Fridge was not cooling at the highest setting. For hours, everything was warm and we had to play with the fridge setting so it cool a little bit.

The sofa is missing a back pillow.

Dinning room chairs are loose and wiggly.

Two toilet paper rolls for every one (7 people) for 2 night stay.

The window handle in living room doesn’t work.

No brooms or mops available.

Only 6 towels provided when the reservation was made for 7 people.

There are no warm blankets in rooms for AC control.

No dish soap provided plus a just a dirty sponge.

Limited silverware, mugs, and plate settings.

Apartment was dirty and nothing cleaned. Kitchen drawers were very dirty.

Barhroom door doesn’t lock properly.

No trash bags provided.

TV doesn’t respond to remote. Remote control is broken.

The place has a good location, it is clean; The TV control does not work, even though the administrator brought us batteries. The Expedia app show at 7:00am check in, but the check-in is 3:00 pm.

Pros:

Bed sheets paper thin and 1 towel which was pretty annoying. Apt price attached to location venues but it’s a $50 stay anywhere else. Don’t expect luxury for the price. Apt is an after thought add-on with poor to no terminations.
