Great location, but overpriced and too many issues to consider again.
Pros:

Great location. The building was very nice. Newly refurbished.

Cons:

The apartment had a number of faults. The shower was leaking, the towel rack in the bathroom was broken. The air conditioning did not work. The bathroom door did not have a lock, and the door itself did not wanna stay shut. The bedroom door had an issue with the handle and did not wanna stay shut, so essentially both the bathroom and bedroom doors did not work as intended. My check in was 1500hrs, but the apartment was not ready for me before 1530 (30mins late) irritating to wait when we had an appointment elsewhere. In the check out day, check out was at 1100hrs. The cleaning staff woke me up at 1020hrs. Totally unnecessary. All in all an overpriced very poor experience.

Fantastic and new apartment with all amenities in great neighborhood
Pros:

Brandschoon en compleet nieuw in een hele leuke wijk met veel restaurantjes en supermarkt naast de deur.

Cons:

Niets. Houdt er wel rekening mee dat er ook nog een Abranto 50 in dezelfde straat zit. Wij waren daar door de taxi gedropt.

Pros:

L’appartement était incroyable et super confortable. Neuf et fais avec goût!

Cons:

Nous entendions trop les voisins à dessus. Les plafonds sont pas très bien insonorisé et donc on était réveillé facilement

Fijn verblijf voor een weekend weg
Pros:

Top locatie, groot en ruim appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons:

De lichtafsluiting in de slaapkamer kan beter. De houten planken voor het raam sluiten net niet helemaal goed waardoor er een streep licht de kamer in schijnt zodra de zon op komt.

I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property.
Pros:

Beautifully renovated property with all necessary modern conveniences. Great location. Very spacious and nicely equipped. Lots of excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance. But note this is a busy late night neighborhood. Easy for Ubers to pick up and drop off.

Cons:

The Air conditioner did not seem to work, and upon check-in a young lady that worked for Ando and just happened to be at the property when we arrived said she would look into the problem. Bathroom sink did not drain well. I requested fresh towels on day 4 and was told they would be dropped off. When I returned from an all day tour there were no towels. Called office and was told sorry they forgot and that it was to late to deliver towels. I was departing at 7 am the next morning so that was no help. Since the AC did not seem to work we had to sleep with windows open and it was a bit noisy at night.

Logement de grande qualité et très bien situé pour découvrir une partie de Lisbonne à pied.
Pros:

Appartement très bien situé pour découvrir Lisbonne à pied et très confortable.

Cons:

Il conviendrait de prévoir une clé pour pouvoir fermer la salle de bain / toilettes.
Au moins une planche du plancher craque très fort dans le couloir juste avant la salle de bain.

Superbe appartement
Pros:

Proximité des transports en commun (Cais do Sodré 5 min à pied) et des lieux de restauration -fête. Super appart, très trés beaux équipements (grille pain, bouilloire, fours, lave vaisselle, fer à lisser, sèche cheveux….) presque mieux qu à la maison ! Vraiment très très bien

L'appartement était tellement beau. Vraiment hyper bien décoré avec goût, c'était minimaliste et design et chaleureux. On a adoré. Trop beau.
Les équipements étaient de qualité, on a manqué de rien.
La cuisine était parfaitement équipée, moderne, belle. L'appartement était de toute façon pllus moderne que mon propre appartement 😌.
Hyper bien équipé: Sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain (avec un diffuseur pour les boucles, un lisseur ..), grille pain SMEG, machine à café avec full capsule à volonté (même si j'en bois pas, ça fait plaisir! On se sent gâté). Sel, poivre huile et vinaigre dispo dans le logement. Quelques pastilles de lave vaisselle + sacs poubelles également dispo.

En résumé : je me suis sentie chaleureusement accueillie. C'était assez luxueux et cosy.

L'emplacement était chouette également, très bien isolé du bruit extérieur (on était au 1er étage).

Lit confortable et grand.
