Good option within walking distance of major sites with a friendly host
Pros:

For the price the location is good for ease of access to major sites. The kitchen is practical and there is a decent grocery store and some reasonably priced cafe restaurants nearby (also a 'locals' Hammam). The bedrooms are fine and the little common space suitable for meals. The host was helpful and friendly and able to point us in the right direction. (unlike much of Istanbul) there was no attempt to 'upsell' or extract unnecessary money.

Cons:

There is some noise in the building and neighborhood but it is not at all intimidating. The rooms are fine but not large.

L'apartament està molt ben ubicat i el personal va ser molt amable. Ens van enviar recomanacions de l'estada i el dia que marxavem, ens van guardar les maletes fins a la tarda.

Уютная и удобная квартирка в центре
Pros:

Расположение в самом центре: пл. Султанахмет и остановка трамвая в 10 минутах; супермаркет КИМ с нетуристическими ценами - 2 минуты. Квартирка маленькая, но уютная и удобная. Есть терраса на крыше со столом и видом на минареты Голубой мечети и Софии. Хозяин общительный, старается решить возникающие вопросы.

Cons:

WiFi - очень плохо, по вечерам практически не работает. ТВ без смарт. Скатерть с дырами.

A thoughtful welcome detail awaited us upon arrival: a large bottle of water already chilled in the refrigerator. Essentials such as toilet paper were provided and replenished when needed, which may seem small, but clearly reflects a considerate and guest-focused approach.

The apartment fully matched the photos and expectations. It is compact, yet impressively well planned and highly functional. Every area is used intelligently, creating a comfortable and efficient living space.

The furnishing is practical and comfortable, with good-quality beds, sufficient storage, and a convenient dining area. The living space includes a table with chairs, seating, and additional sleeping options, making it adaptable to different needs. Extra sleeping arrangements were kindly provided upon request, which added noticeable flexibility and comfort.

The kitchen deserves special mention: despite its size, it is extremely well equipped and thoughtfully designed. A microwave, oven, sandwich grill, gas stove, and refrigerator are all available and easy to use. A hidden ironing board and cleaning supplies are neatly stored, and an iron can be provided by the host. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, as well as basic amenities such as hand soap and shampoo. Small leftover items like tea, coffee, and cooking oil were also available, adding to the overall convenience.

Overall, this is a clean, well-organized, and carefully arranged apartment, hosted by attentive people who clearly value their guests’ comfort. A smooth, pleasant stay and a place that is easy to recommend.

Salami y el encargado unos genios! Nos mandaron por watsap lugares recomendados donde ir. Nos indicaron en un mapa como movernos. La ubicación excepcional. Muy buena gente.

Cons:

Quizas el barrio deberia estar un poco mas cuidado, pero se estan haciendo muchas reformas en las casas q son históricas. Todo muy hermoso !
