Good gym and spa, but disappointing cleanliness, noisy rooms, and overpriced food compared to the high online ratings.
Pros:

The gym was honestly very good and well equipped. As someone who works out regularly, I really appreciated it.
The spa area was also nice and relaxing.
The hotel is okay for the price overall.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because of the very high ratings, but personally I would rate it closer to a 7/10 than a 9/10.
The welcome at reception felt quite cold.
The room smelled like cigarettes when I arrived.
I found dirt under the bed (including chips), so the cleaning standards did not feel great.
During the stay, housekeeping mostly changed towels and made the bed, but the floor and tables were often still dirty.
The hotel is very noisy and attracts a party-type crowd. You can easily hear music and noise from nearby rooms because the walls are thin.
The hotel restaurant is extremely expensive for what you get, so eating there every day will quickly cost a lot.
I also did not enjoy the breakfast personally.

A very pleasant stay with helpful staff, a rich breakfast, and clean facilities
Pros:

Our room was upgraded free of charge by the hotel, as there was availability. The breakfast was very rich and varied. The spa and pool were clean and sufficient. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful.

Cons:

There was music noise from the hotel next door until late at night. In low season, the hotel felt spacious and comfortable, but in high season the breakfast area and the spa/pool area may become too small or crowded. The male receptionist at the spa was the only staff member who was not polite.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment
Pros:

We loved our spacious apartment, which was bright, clean and in good condition. We had a nice view onto the pool area and it was peaceful and quiet now in off-season. Breakfast had a good amount of choices, the staff was super friendly. It is only a short drive into town. We appreciated the underground parking

Cons:

The washing line on the balcony was full of bird droppings and the balcony did not look very clean. There seems to be some upgrading going on, probably the reason for some areas not being very clean. If one has an eye for detail, the finishing off is not of good standard (i.e. kickplates or skirtings). Not serious, but noticeable. The kitchen comes with no dishwashing accessories, like a brush or a sponge or dishwashing liquid.

Brilliant for a peaceful getaway whilst being close to the beach
Pros:

Great facilities, the sauna, steam room and indoor pool were especially a delight to use! The studio room we stayed in was spacious and had everything we needed, very clean in an around the space and staff were attentive to every need cannot fault them

Great holiday for a great value
Pros:

Location was better than expected, on the hill with cool views. Room was big and nice, with a few signs of use.

Spa and gym were great. Nice swimming pool inside the spa zone. Free towels.

Cons:

Room cleaning was strange…lady wanted to clean at 9:20 every morning, which is strange. And then no cleaning during the day. Dishes from the restaurant were out of the room, and it may stay there for few days. Cats started to eat it. I was staying in the big room with apartment facilities, but I didn't noticed anything about buying my own dishwashing capsules or gel to clean the dishes. Cleaning lady was storing my dishes into the dishwashing machine without turning it on. In 2-3 days I ran out of clean dishes... Hm, strange?) lol. Yes, I could buy my own capsules and turn it on, but make some notice regarding that. There might be a loud construction works and your electricity may be interrupted.

After all this I have asked for the late check out. They gave it to me until 13:00, but until 4pm it would cost 59€, and for the full day after that.

Need to work on communication and loyalty and customers will always give you 10 stars.

Really enjoyed the stay
